Hotel location is good. Hygiene wise not that great. Cups and sauces in the dinning room are stained. Room telephone is dirty and dusty. Breakfast is always the same menu. Overall good place to stay.

Very poor service House keeping, food not much variety for vegetarians Since we were leaving early morning for a temple visit the breakfast packed was only sandwich no water or juice I booked business suite around 12000 for 2 days it was just like a simple suite The reception staff were not friendly Bf was horrible for the price I paid I could have stayed at 5 star hotel Suggestion don't go here you get better 3 star hotels than this Dr H Chari

Overall service was poor. AC in the room was not functioning properly. Twice complaint was lodged. It was solved temporarily but, ac problem occured again. Room service was poor. Need to remind them at least twice. For the price, you pay, this hotel is not worth the money.

Morning breakfast is good, and staff treating to guest nicely. Latha and John taking care very much, Last visit we requested Muffins and cakes in the morning breakfast and tis visit I seen thanks. Overall hotel stay is good. Hotel environment is liked. Hotel rooms executive is fine and upto the mark, but one suggestion add Flexible hose shower Handel for good shower. Thanks Aravind mirajkar.

Good room and breakfast, if u could have kids play area it will be superb for families to enjoy with small kids . We really kids the staff co operation and way of responding to our queries.we would recommend to our friends , colleagues ,family,
