Location is excellent. Thats all the positive that I can say. Its run by unprofessional staff. When we checked it the bed sheets were dirty. We asked then to change sheets. The tea coffee aminities were not topped up. We asked the reception to top up. They said they will top up when we go outside. Till check out that did not happen. Strike 2. We ordered tea cofee to be given to us early in the morning as we planned an early check out. We asked for tea, coffee and Boost. We gave order in the night to get at 6 am. The reception staff said they can only give one flask coffee, one flask tea and one flask Boost and that we have to share between rooms ourselves. I have not recently faced such lazy and unprofessional service. What if the 3 rooms were occupied by 3 different families, would he have asked to share flask between the rooms. Then morning came 6 am. Nothing. I went down reminded them then also nothing. 0620 I called reception the guy who picked up phone is speaking like he has not heard about the order. Finally received the order at around 0630. On the whole I would only expect good location from this property. The rooms and the staff are not professional at all. Hard pass.

So so, nothing special, cleanliness is aight

I would say that it’s was a little disappointing but I just stayed for a night. But they always say in every bad there is a good thing right… the good thing was ranganathaswamy temple was just a stone throw away.

Good hotel with spacious rooms, amenities and spacious bathrooms. Bathroom sanitary ware needs little improvement. Very good staff and excellent room service. 2 minutes walkable distance to main gopuram and 5 minutes walk to Srirangam temple. Lots of restaurants, tea and traditional coffee shops near by.

Very close to main Gopuram of Sriranganathswamy temple. The temple gopuram can be viewed from the rooms. The staff are quite friendly and provide you good information about the temple and the timings. You have an in house restaurant which serves really good food. We had opted for room with breakfast buffet and the buffet was good. Rooms are neat and comfortable. Overall recommended place to stay.

Property - Near to temple and located in good location Food Is average and complementary breakfast not great and we feel like ordering food is good Room - Room is good only issue is bed quality is not great for a people who had backache Facilities- Just they offer car parking and nothing much they have

Very comfortable hotel in the locality. However the flush and hand shower needs a quick replacement. It's terrible to use .

Excellent stay, food is really good except that the restaurant was a bit crowded during lunch hours. Close proximity to the Srirangam temple makes it an ideal staycation with family, especially elders.

Pathetic front office management and restaurant. The management is a sham for the hospitality industry. They have this arrangement with the restaurant which is in the same building for room service but can't provide a unified settling of bills. These ****** ended up disturbing via phone and a knock on the door late evening after we went to sleep. This was after they agreed to settle the bill when we check out (someone agrees and someone disagrees which went on for some time). They did this for 40 rupees even after spending more than 3k a night in their executive room ( which was anyway run down a bit). Can't understand why people rave and provide high rating. Location is the only advantage. Even if you have to stay never step into their restaurant even if breakfast is included. There are better small cafes who serve with a hospitable atmosphere. Even after writing this review the manager calls and forces his point of view that it is just 40 rupees and why can't you pay it. it's not about just 40 but what is a hospitable practice.
