Breeze Residency

Though the room looks nice, the doors and windows are not sound proof and lot of outside noise creeps in. The best and pillows are not comfortable for good sleep. Pest control is very bad in the hotel as there is lot of mosquitos in the hallways and room. They definitely disturb sleep. The tea kit they provide in room is just enough for one time and have to call room service if you want to have more. Not expected in a double room. The shower doesn't work properly so have to use the bucket and mug to take bath, though it saves water it could be difficult for people who are not used to it. Can't comment on the quality of the food in restaurant as I didn't get an opportunity to check it.

Pathetic behaviour of the front staff, security and even the so-called senior ***ager/general ***ager! Room was not setup in the way we requested (we specifically asked for one king size bed, but the room was setup with two small beds). Why the heck am I charged 3500 per night for the premium bed setup? what's the difference between premium and deluxe then? Pathetic parking setup, made the guest wait on the road for 20 mins and security was like "go park the vehicle on the road sir, it will get better late night, you can come and park inside in the night" what sort of a pathetic behaviour is this? Isn't it the responsibility of Breeze to arrange parking promptly for the inhouse guests? Who takes the priority, huh? I didn't expect this from the brand like Breeze. Worthless stay experience here. Isn't the front desk's responsibility to tell the customer about the WiFi password?

Nice family hotel. Clean and neat. But they can do with better service and quick response. We had a problem with water leak in the flush several times. They repaired it but it surfaced again. The hotel is just a stone's throw from the Railway Junction. Food quality was ok.

Dirty/ Pathetic/Disappointing Experience/Worst Hospitality/Bad restaurant & Food I booked 1 room in my family for one night stay. My spouse wanted to stay near RC school for one of the requirements. I tried to convince her not to stay here, but her Adamic won. So I had to stay there and couldn’t sleep a single hour because the pillow and bed were a kind of rubber pillow making my head hot and my nose congested. When I was sleeping without the pillow, I was fine and had no congestion. I had a dinner restaurant for 4 roti with Panner curry & one veg fried raise (Cost for food is Rs. 840). The food quality and taste were very pathetic. When settling the bill, neither the receptionist nor I asked to meet the quality control ***ager to discuss my experience. One person (AGM) came to me, I had shared my experience but no use, no response, I felt no use in discussing it with anyone. The receptionist is not able to tolerate the feedback and hears behaviour is changed. I had paid the pill thru GPAY, and the PSU took 5 mins to process the same. Totally is a waste of money and a very Pathetic experience. Reference attached my bills and feedback form.

Worst - In terms of basic hygiene - 1..small cockroachs in room and washrooms, 2. bedsheets , towels, pillow were not smelling fresh and seems they don't give them for cleaning often 3. Misquotes were all over 4. Basic cleaning and dusting Never happened Cab Booking Experience:- Requested for a cab for airport drop. The driver dint know where the departure gates were. Which means driver has never gone for airport drop ever. Won't not recommended anyone to stay here.

Fantastic hotel with awesome helpful staff, well located near everything you need, rooms perfect Iwith everything you need i asked for fridge in my room and thry delivered very fast (thank you) . Breakfast was excellent.

在這裏住了2晚（不同日期），5月31日晚和6月4日晚。房間分別是309和207。我們入住了特大號床房間，因為我們一家2個大人2個小孩子入住。空調很不錯，房間很寬敞，牆上的油畫也很不錯。接待處工作人員很有禮貌，樂於助人。自助早餐還不錯。客房服務很好，但是很貴。我只有2個不滿。我覺得酒店所有房間都是一樣的。a）房間里有一個很小的老式電視。小孩子很不開心呢。b）無線網應該免費提供。但是這裏網絡收費，大概180元12小時。總體來說，入住體驗很不錯。
