The wardrobe was had a crack in the glass and was missing a handle. The reading light over the bed didn’t work. One of the bulbs above the sink was hanging by a wire. There was build up around the base of the shower in the cracks. It looked like it was just chalked over. The bed was firm but I like a firm bed.

This is an adorable hotel. I liked the uniqueness of the furniture and design. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good, too!

We stayed 5 nights and fell into a nice rhythm with the staff. Breakfast was excellent with eggs, meats, bread and pastry buffet style. Staff was very friendly. The location was prefect for visiting the Christmas market and castle.

Hotel is right next to city center with pedestrian zone of restaurants (Tirana Castle). Small boutique hotel with beautiful woodwork and paintings. Breakfast was very good: they even provided eggs, homemade croissants, and an expresso/cappuccino machine, among other things. My room was a bit on the small side, but beautifully decorated. The hotel can arrange some private tours with their driver.

booked the room here looking at the Great feedback. However a gross disappointment. Great location and perhaps the only plus point.
Now the negatives:
- Water in the shower hardly warm in the mornings. The reception contests telling that I should let the water flow for 5 to 10 minutes to get it hot and that they have a 4,000 litre heater. Even 20 minutes of draining didn't help
- Mediocre breakfast
- Super noisy fridge in the room
- Inefficient room layout. Big table that eats up most space and not even a chair provided
- No kettle to heat water

Perfect location with walking distance to more or less everything. Interesting interior decor, traditional Albanian wooden furniture. Spacious rooms, perfectly cleaned. Very friendly English-speaking front desk staff.

The hotelier was super kind and accommodating. The space and experience were thoughtfully planned. From the welcoming beer to the tasty breakfast, we enjoyed it fully. Also, the hotel has a charming and classic feel that might have felt a little dated except for the fact that everything was super clean and well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.
