Nada más llegar le dimos 5*, ya que el sitio es estupendo y la habitación no es cara (188€ 2 noches en hab. doble en noviembre, en Alojamiento y Desayuno, reservando con ellos, sin plataforma intermediaria -me incluyeron el desayuno cuando llamé para unas consultas y cancelé booking-). Pero OJO; no hay más establecimientos en kilómetros, y eso "hay que aprovecharlo". Perdió 1* porque te obligan a pagar 2 medios menús, no pudiendo compartir uno completo (de 25€ sin bebida) aunque pagues "el cubierto extra". Claro, pagas más. Tampoco pudimos ver la carta de vinos (5 minutos después de pedirla por primera vez nos dijeron que "la están imprimiendo", aunque no nos la trajeron), pero los 23€ por una botella de Circe sí que los pagamos. La otra * la perdió la soberbia y el ninguneo con los que la que supongo es la propietaria me giró del hombro mientras hablaba con quien nos atendió (muy bien) desde que llegamos, y me vino a decir (no literal): Llevamos 20 años trabajando como trabajamos Y Es usted muy libre de no hacer uso de nuestros servicios Ubicación: 10 de 10 Establecimiento: 10/10 Habitación: 8/10 (ducha pequeña, la cortina se cae) Cobertura: no hay Wifi: 7/10 (no hay en el restaurante). Calidad/Precio: 10/10 (para lo básico), y 10/5 (si consumes).

Me gustó mucho el enclave, pero no es lo que buscaba. Debían especificar que se ajusta más a estancias de retiro y aislamiento. La habitación sin TV. A 1 Km de la carretera por un camino; a 18 km. del Ayllón (único pueblo con servicios). Para el poco o nada servicio que tiene el hotel, caro. Todos los servicios complementarios de SPA, comidas, desayuno, etc., aparte. Ochenta euros sólo por dormir, con entrada a las 17:00 y salida a las 11:30, caro.

El sitio en pleno naturaleza y vistas bonitas ,el personal muy amable,las habitaciones están bien y la calefacción es suelo radiante muy agradable ,la cena buena quizás poca variedad de platos y el spa pequeño pero estábamos solos, el único pero muy poca cobertura,y el acceso de la carretera al hotel es un camino corto pero un barrizal porque había llovido un par de días antes.

El hotel muy limpio y cómodo, la atención muy buena y el entorno muy bonito, hay paseos en los alrededores muy chulos.
