Not wow hotel, poor cleaning, they charged me extra VAT 17% claiming that state of Israel not like other countries, in my opinion rude answer, I need full refund as such cheating amount was not mentioned, once we book and pay amounts including taxes & charges, then nothing called VAT 17% and US$ rate with ILS was over high, simply cheat hotel, I do not recommend booking in it, not equal money paid

Ik vond het een prettig hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en elke dag keurig kamer schoongemaakt en schone handdoeken
Punten van aandacht: de WiFi was niet of nauwelijks te ontvangen op de hotelkamer waardoor ik veelal in de lobby ging zitten voor ontvangst. Verder stroomde het douchewater deels de badkamer in, waardoor het nat en glibberig was. Het mooiste van het hotel was het uitzicht op het meer van Galilea, werkelijk adembenemend mooi en een ervaring die ik iedereen gun.

King Solomon Hotel in Tiberies is well managed and it’s beautiful. Excellent staffs. Thé réceptions are one of a kind, they are well mannered, thanks to Muhammad, his patient & communication is superb. Safa is good too. And to crown it all thd manager Shoki. Mr. Shoki Is an excellent manager. Thank you King Solomon of Tiberies and thank you Mr. Shoki, you execute your job well, and with so much respect. Will go back here. Highly recommend!!
One more : I notice the cleaner, can’t recall his name, short not sure if he’s Chinese or Philipines, but daam He’s such a hard worker. One has to notice. Unfortunately I never heard a word with him.

Got to the lobby late at night, lobby was hot no regular front desk, just security, they gave the keys and when we get to our rooms there was no electric in the rooms, no lights nothing worked, had to go back down and they were like oh yeah lets turn the power on, extremely weird, the carpets are stained and i tried not to look to closely to the linen as we just wanted to go to sleep, and we checked in after 12am and they refused to give us a late checkout. Basically the place is a dump save your money and go elsewhere.

14 th floor was beautiful in this hotel and the staff were so nice to upgrade us to a better room.

The hotel is under renovations and it isn't mentioned on the description.
We asked to cancel an hour after booking when we found out and the hotel refused.
The hotel asked for additional 17% taxes which were in small print of the booking page (misleading!)
Note that they charge per person in the room and not per room even if it has double bed.
The hotel is quite old and the access to the pool is far and not accessible with stroller (lots of stairs).
The food in the hotel was tasteless and dry, not to our liking.
The good part was the view from our room and the size of the room (suite with lake view)

We had difficulty with the bill, which was accidently charged 3x's with our US CC. It is being handled, but only after we picked up on it. We also found it frustrating that because we booked throught **********, it was nearly impossible to make changes to the reservation. There was no communication between ********** and the hotel itself.
