Hotels in Tianshui City Square, Tianshui

This hostel is the best stay for my trip. Everything ais good. The hotel is decorated with woods, so mostly all are wooden made. Very classy & super clean. Very friendly & helpful stuff. Have free cleaning services. The hostel just in front of the old town which at night u can walk around. Also very near the Fu Si Miao about 15 min walks. There are plenty of restaurant just outside the hostel. Good taste and not expensive too. All the below are within walking distances

Facilities: The hotel facilities are perfect, the basic needs are all there, and the laundry service is very convenient. Hygiene: Newly opened hotel, health is very good, Environment: The location is OK, there are a lot of food nearby, that is, how much is newly opened and there is a little decoration. Service: The ladies are very enthusiastic and the service is very good

酒店設施設備很智能 有智能的小度酒店，服務很好哦，有停車場可以免費停車啊，位置優越，去哪都很方便，旁邊吃飯的也多去景點。伏羲廟古城衹隔一條馬路，50米就到了，網紅麻辣燙也在酒店旁邊，味道不錯，到天水自駕遊，開車很方便。

Happy with our 3 night stay in the hotel. Room is spacious, clean and equipped with advanced technology. Breakfast is enjoyable and the location is convenient for tourists. Most of all, their service team is excellent in customer service.. speedy response and effective problem solving process. Thank you.

I had the best experience at this hotel. They went above and beyond everywhere! It's absolutely gorgeous, very clean, good room setup and incredible staff. I'd give them a 10/5 if I could. As it is, I'll definitely stay here again. They're very close to a bus stop (the best way to get around Tianshui) and the light rail. The river park is right across the street, and it's absolutely lovely. The breakfast was very good with Chinese and western options, and they even serve local options, which was exciting.

Hotel is new so everything is new and clean. For this price point, its value for money. Walking distance to Fuxi Temple and the old town 天水古城. Very accessible location. We had issues with our initial booking and move here last minute, despite only one staff manning the front desk, she processed our booking（5 rooms) very quickly. The drawback was a bad sewage smell in my room toilet, as it was too late and I was sleepy, i didnt change room. The smell is not noticeable when the toilet door is closed. Other rooms dont have this issue.

非常看好海友酒店，聽店員説是全國第四家全自助1.0海友，很超前的感覺，大堂設施一應俱全，房間設計簡約，在衞生上絕對是這個價位酒店的王者，在公用設施上也是遙遙領先 自助辦理入住，自助洗衣，自助外賣櫃，自助早餐，自助行李寄存，自助飲料櫃，自助備品，自助咖啡豆漿熱水，而且飲用水是凈化過的，好評 全酒店一位店員一位保安就可以，入住當天晚上有些高原紅的可愛店員服務非常好，好像叫小馬，幫忙解決了不少問題。第二天退房時的店員態度也很好，感覺店員們的精神狀態都很棒

Hotel location is very good, the lobby is spacious, the front desk is very warm, the room is spacious and bright, the big windows are particularly good! Come to Tianshui for a business trip, after dinner, see the hotel is a minute walk from Fuxi Temple and the ancient city, and go out for a stroll. I feel very happy and bring me a good experience! The hotel is newly opened, with complete facilities, convenient parking, clean and tidy, exquisite breakfast, especially the morning market not far from the door, the fireworks are rich, especially warm! Next time I bring my family to the children to live here, feel the fireworks on the earth, and experience the slow life of the ancient city!

The lady working the night shift on July 23rd provided absolutely amazing service. I didn't catch her name, but our family arrived close to midnight, and I had to call her multiple times. She was incredibly patient and helped us resolve every issue. I didn't get a chance to take pictures of the room, but it was spotless, and they even gave us a free upgrade.

Nice room with modern decor, great price. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Tianshui downtown, walking distance to many shops, restaurants and night markets. A nice 15 mins walk or $5RMB cab ride to 天水古城（Tianshui Ancient City) and Fuxi Temple. We were on the 12 floor where the laundry room and restaurant is, it was convenient for our stay. However, if I had the option, I would ask for 9-11th floor because the 13th floor is a restaurant. It can get noisy sometimes with chairs and table moving around. There were minor issues with water leaking from the shower door, but the staff addressed it immediately and was very friendly about it. Overall, I’d recommend the hotel.
