Air conditioning was not working , could not sleep all night. No one came to inform or tell the problem. Overall the hotel was good.

The hotel is ok for a short stay, amenities are very basic. Good location for Tianshui, staff is friendly.

Great location in the center of the city. The room is OK but there is a lot of noise at 3am in the morning and can't sleep well.
Staff at the front desk are great and friendly. The room is quiet clean and the bed is good.

去年淄博今年天水！天水麻辣燙出圈，非常向往，於是預訂了天水市錦江之星品尚（天水火車站金都商廈店），來天水旅遊住一晚！酒店非常乾淨，有馬桶墊，浴巾毛巾和紙杯都用塑料袋保護好，很滿意！辦理入住和離店迅速，酒店位置很好，就在天水老火車站對面，去哪裡都方便！總之，非常滿意的一次入住體驗，謝謝錦江之星，謝謝甘肅天水！

酒店很大，床也很舒服，酒店的服務員態度很好，很親和，窗户邊上還有翠湖可以看到，風景不錯

離火車站近交通便利，離步行街近周邊有很多美食，房間衞生乾淨，隔音效果不錯。樓下就是步行街和地下商城，吃飯購物特別方便，空調給力房間温度非常舒適，前台接待員非常熱情服務態度很好，總之來天水入住酒店首選這家是沒錯的，性價比高強烈推薦
