Our room was clean, but felt damp due to the AC not working efficiently. The air coming out of the vents were slightly cooler than air from a fan. They sent a tech, but nothing was resolved. We kept the AC running all day from 3pm but the temp in the room did not budge.

Such a hotel with great service and clean rooms. The stuff was super sweet n helpful. Me and my friends are leaving the Thrissur city with great memory at the Merlin international. I highly recommended. The breakfast was a great surprise considering how good n yummy the dishes were. Thank you so much for all the attention n help hotel Merlin. Mr Ajith is wonderful n friendly *** who took of all the details of the reservation.

The service was extremely poor; there was a lack of staff, and it took an hour for someone from the ACbar to take our order. Additionally, there was only one ice bucket for all the tables. The other staff members are neglectful; even when we call for assistance, they disregard us.

The rooms were very elegant and clean. The food service is also amazing. Mr. Ranjit at the reception was very welcoming and cooperative. This hotel is also very close to the railway station. Would love to visit here again while on a trip to in and around Thrissur.

The rooms were good.With good ambience and peaceful atmosphere.Had a pleasant experience.would like to visit again.The facilities are good.The restaurant and room service was good.nothing to complain off. Would like to visit again with family

It was a good stay at Hotel Merlin international so it's a recommendable place to stay and service was good experience with all staffs and the ambiance and one of the major Advantage of this property is very close to Thrissur Railway station.

Good review over all the staff behavior was nice and the accessibility was also good . Nice ambience and ease to access .they inform about the pooram festival also. I came here for exam nice ambience .good place and heart pf the city near to railway station

Rooms was good excellent service i recommend to all the friends.huge car parking vety access to all place. Heart of the city. Nice bar. Good staffs over all nice ambience and atmosphere. Very clean and neat rooms. Cleaning staffs are welcoming

The stay at merlin international was very comfortable, very supportive staff, good room service, nice food , the rooms are very clean and tidy. Room service is very good and quick.I have for taxi they arranged for good service ker it up .Thank you
