THey tried to put me in a smoking room when I infomed them I had two service animals. I arrived late in the evening and then the whole deal with the smoking room when I booked non smoking and had requested a lower level.
The remote to the TV was completely missing a big chunk of the remote so the TV would not work. WHen I informed the front desk - they brought me one that also would not change the channels. On top of that the giuy at the desk seemed unconcerned and laughed at me. !!!!!! I checked out a whole day early !!!!!!!!!!!
THey should not rent rooms where they clearly know the TV is not working. I left 3 messeges at the front desk for management to call me. No one ever called me. I did talk to the person at the desk in the morning and she said the remotes were all broken and they had ordered some but they were on back order.
Again , I am paying $100 a night for a room with functioning bathroom, and TV !! I don't want to stay 3 nights in a hotel with NO TV.
The carpets were really dirty. Not sure they have been cleaned or shampooed in my lifetime !!!
I should not had to pay for this crap !! If you can't meet the minimum requirements, then don't rent the room out !!!!

I would not stay no where else in cairo,ga only at best western the others hotels is trash this one is the best in cairo good customer service everything work no bed bugs thank God that's my biggest fear but im impressed this is my always go 2 hotel my question about it.

Ok, so this place is a little sad and run down, but I tried to give it the benfit of the doubt. The exercise room was "out of order", and the rooms weren't the cleanest. What really got me, I started to make a cup of coffee with the in-room K-Cup makeer, and as I was taking it to put in water, there was what looked like black mold on the inside of the machine. Needless to say, I got coffee elsewhere.
The breakfast was good.

Room was dusty with cobwebs in the bathroom. Bathroom fixtures were pulling from the walls and plaster loose around the toilet.

The building is in a safe quiet area, it is a little run down, (broken window in next room that had not been repaired or covered.

Lady that checked me in was outside smoking a cigarette and then was inconvenienced that I showed up to check in so she had her boyfriend come to the counter with her to check me and was upset that she had to do it. The room was so dirty I slept in my clothes.

It was close to our friend.
A ligfht was biurned out.
Couldn't make the TV to get more than 1 channel.
