流程要求都符合Hyatt的標準,櫃檯的作業更是國際高標專業的接待服務.沒有缺點！還有最讓人滿意的是禮賓部的接送服務,不但在抵達的前幾天, Email給了接機的Meeting point地圖及步驟圖文說明,讓接送機服務簡單方便,而且都是免費的,真是完美無缺Perfect !!

Zeer vriendelijk en attent personeel, royale kamer, zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, prima diner. Heel fijn (en noodzakelijk gezien de locatie!) de regelmatige shuttlebus naar de stad Het halen en brengen van en naar het vliegveld ook heel attent. Conciërge afdeling bijzonder actief en behulpzaam

We had a good one night stay during a short overlay in Thessaloniki. The hotel is very close to the airport but you will need a shuttle to get there. It is roughly a 5 minute drive to and from the airport. The courtesy shuttle was always on time and we had been the only guests on 4 rides (we had to go twice to and from the airport). Hotel is in a landscaped garden and pretty much a typical but above average Hyatt Regency. Staff was extremely friendly and our room on the second floor was somewhat dated but immaculate clean. Be aware that the location is very far away from the city center abd therefore not well suited for sightseeing. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Stayed a few times in the past at this hotel - every time I have stayed at this hotel, I am so sorry when I have to check out .This hotel goes out of its way to make one feel as a "welcomed" guest. I can not wait to return to this fine hotel, they just do everything right. The grounds of the hotel are like out of a king's palace, just beautiful plus a huge swimming pool with flowers all around it and best of all are the dedicated hotel staff ,they are fantastic. The hotel management has done a great job

What a great three night stay at Hyatt Regency in Thessaloniki. The hotel is amazing with beautiful gardens and a huge swimming pool. The greatest asset of this property though are their staff. All of them are very professional trying hard to give their best for your staying at the hotel. Special thanks goes to Ms Eleftheria Theodorou(Guests Relations Supervisor) for making sure that our stay would be as great as possible. We will definitely return to this hotel and will recommend this to anyone traveling to Thessaloniki wanting that extra luxury and comfort for their stay.

We stayed at the property the night prior to going back to the US. The Spa experience was amazing (Charalambos) and so was the pool. Very good way to unwind and get ready to face “the grind” back home.
