Nice hotel and very clean in busy at the hotel...staff are very good morning breakfast and lunch very good... service and warm welcome very nice.... Experience very nice other wise room on the top only building type hotel more busy any time....

Cleanliness: i would like to give 4 out of 5 because cleanliness is not that extend need to improve quite. Staff: they are very kind and supportive they will immediate react on request. Complimentary break fast - when you order the food it’s amazing food provided but morning bf is not good. Over all experience is good because of morning food i gave 4 out of 5.

The hotel room is super clean, accommodation is excellent. We enjoyed a pleasant stay there. We are looking forward for more stay in there.

Hotel located at prime location and they extended the support for morning breakfast after the 10 am also, breakfast timing 7 :30am to 10 am, and rooms are spacious. But need to improve on cleanliness little bit

First off, we entered with luggage to check in and no one helped us bring the luggage. They were just standing around. We had booked 4 rooms for 7 people. The room I entered had a huge ball of hair floating around and the bathroom had stains all over including curtains. We requested a room change and the second room atleast did not have pieces of hair around. Our keycard did not work and every time we went out, we had to call the front desk to get into our room. I also saw some red stains on my bedsheet. The food was decent quality in taste but they seemed to be in a rush to remove plates before we finished eating. Overall, I would rate this experience very poor and I will never come back or recommend to anyone.

It was our first time in this hotel. Though a little old it is very well maintained. Excellent room service and very tasty food. The short eats accompanying drinks include local fruits aside from the usual munchies.

We booked 3 executive rooms in western gatz for two days. The complimentary breakfast was good. Rooms are good. Car parking is available. Bathrooms are neat. I suggest having lunch and dinner outside. The terrace swimming pool was enjoyable. Overall the experience of staying in the room was good.
