The room was not worth the amount paid. The air condition was not working properly. The food was average. The toiletries and other amenities was not ready at the room. Had to call twice to get even the dental kit. Rest was average. Overall experience was not satisfactory.

Stay was excellent, food quality quit good, service provided nice & good, quiet pleasant & hygienic stay i ever have, rooms are pretty clean & hygiene, peaceful, shower, bathroom all are very clean & good, overall excellent ratings to the hotel

The ambience of the room & restaurant is excellent. The rooms are sanitized and deep cleaning is done. Staff are co-operative. Definitely would recommend ' hotel reyansh grand.
