+ freundliches Personal
+ großes Einkaufszentrum im selben Gebäude, ebenso ein sehr großer Supermarkt direkt 50 Meter nebenan
+ Frühstück mit sehr großer Auswahl
+ geräumige Zimmer und Badezimmer
+ sehr bequeme Betten
- einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass wenn man später zum Frühstück kommt, das die warmen Speisen (z.B. Rührei) oft nur noch lauwarm oder ganz vereinzelt gar ganz kalt sind. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist ausgezeichnet, aber dieses auch warm zu halten, daran sollte dringend gearbeitet werden
Ansonsten gerne wieder, ich kann das Hotel insgesamt nur empfehlen

Location of the location is great. The room is spacious, with a good view. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast in the restaurant was good and plenty of choices I really enjoyed our short stay here

A nice and calm getaway in this vibrant city! A stunning view from the rooftop where you can get both food during the day and drinks at night while enjoying the city view! As per usual in North Macedonian hotels, also this one wants you to pay when you check in.

The hotel is located right next to a mall, so the area is quite busy. Central location in Tetovo. The hotel is advertised as a five star property. While the rooms and the staff are really nice, a five star hotel should have spa-wellness area... The meeting rooms are OK, but lack some attention from the staff in order to run a proper meeting. Overall, I had a great stay, but some adjustments should be made that reflect the true list of services and amenities.

A very nice hitel located as central as possible in Tetovo.
When staying at a 5 star hotel expectations are higher so i was a bit dissapointed when there was no gym or spa available. I also hooed they woukd restock water while cleaning the room the second day.
