Hotel la Paloma

Totaal luxe hotel en zeer aardige werkers en zeer ruime kamers!!!! Het is hier ideaal voor met familie of vrienden, het eten is goed en de behandeling van het personeel is uitstekend, ik vond het leuk!

Good tourist class hotel. Large room with stone floor (more on that later). Large bed with good pillows. Room has fridge and a kettle. Good natural light and a small balcony. Internet easily accessible and fast. The bathroom is large and includes a bidet. The shower is over a bath, which would make accessibility a challenge for those with mobility issues. Three things let this hotel down. The stone floors were noisy. Footsteps, loud voices and furniture being moved from other rooms could be heard. The heater/cooling wasn’t very effective and the breakfast was disappointing. The hotel is next to a depot site that is a bit noisy when they start work in the morning.

We arrived here very late on a tour of morocco. The wind was absolutely blowing us away but very nice hotel. Again as in all morocco the lifts are very small but gets the job done. the breakfast was super average and doesn't really get refilled but I hope it was due to Ramadan. One thing I can give this hotel props on is that it was the only hotel in Morocco that actually had a kettle in the room to make tea or coffee in the morning. Although it was a quick stay it was nice

The staff here was very nice. The hotel was decent, upon first glance this hotel appeared to be of high status but small issues changed my outlook of the hotel. The a/c didn’t seem to be functioning properly and the room was very warm. The hotel wasn’t generous with towels, when asked for more they said they can’t not provide more; perhaps they had a policy on towels I was unaware of. The buffet at the hotel was subpar, there was a limit of one free drink per person and every drink thereafter was a price of 20 Dirham. At one point the room keys stopped working despite having never been close to any electronics devices. Unfortunately this hotel is not walking distance to restaurants or entertainment. You will have to take a taxi if you want to get to downtown Tetouan. There is a park about a mile away to which you can walk and enjoy some football.

La habitación muy amplia y muy limpia, con unas vistas MUY BUENAS de la ciudad, La cama enorme y agradable. la estancia incluye un servicio de café y té para los huéspedes. El personal muy agradable. Solo una queja: wifi con poca capacidad. En general, una buena opción para qued**** cuando se visita la ciudad. Buena relación calidad-precio.

Dans notre chambre 522 y avait bcp de poussière,et des poils partout,la clim est en panne.y avait pas de l'eau dans la douche. J'ai demandé au personnel de changer la chambre où bien réparer au moins la douche,mais personne ne s'intéressait. Cet hôtel ne mérite pas les 4 étoiles

La habitación amplia, muy limpia, con unas vistas ESPECTACULARES al río y a un paseo con palmeras muy majo. Por la noche, aún mejor! La cama AMPLISIMA y muy agradable. Un servicio de café y té incluido para los huéspedes, para prepararlo uno mismo a gusto. El personal muy agradable y con un trato a la vez cálido y respetuoso. Pocas quejas: la comida un pelín sosa (excelente para aliñarla uno mismo en general) y eso sí: el wifi con poca capacidad. Si cambiarán eso, mejoraría mucho la opinión de los huéspedes. Pero en general, una buena opción para qued**** cuando se visita la ciudad. Comodidad. Buena relación calidad-precio y como dije, excelente servicio.

Bruyant .fêtes jusqu'à 1 h du matin ..hôtel situé à un gros carrefour routier beaucoup de choses détériorées. Hôtel mal insonorisé.pas entretenu.wc qui fuit et douche aussi .piscine froide etc.. Personnel très charmant mais pas efficace sur les problèmes d'intendance. N'est pas un 4 étoiles..
