The service was amazing at all áreas, specially at the Bar. Professionalism, care about elderly people!!! Funny environment

A great location for accessing all the highlights in the Santa Elena/Monteverde area. The lodges are excellent. Well furnished and comfortable. We saw plenty of animals and birds in the grounds and on the trails. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not offer any catering. The lodges have functional kitchens and fresh produce is available onsite - for free! There is a good breakfast place almost opposite the entrance, and two excellent restaurants (Thomas & Thiago and Don Luis) are 5 minutes walk away. We loved Los Pinos!

excelente en todo aspecto, nada que envidiarle a un 5 estrellas all inclusive del caribe. atención excelente, el entretenimiento es de primera, imposible aburrirse. Es para todas las edades. La comida espectacular. La habitación muy buena. La TV muy viejo el sistema no tiene HD y muy pocos canales

Tuvimos un rotavirus que nos arruinó la estadía, también les ocurrió lo mismo a varias familias más Estuvimos con vómitos y diarrea que fue provocado por un virus que evidentemente estaba en el hotel El hotel nos envió médico y estuvimos bien atendidos pero el problema de contaminación estuvo presente, de hecho mi habitación si no fue debidamente desinfectada provoca seguro contagio al que venga después a ocuparla Fue una pena no haber podido disfrutar las comodidades y la comida del all inclusive

Visitar los Pinos es una excelente oportunidad de pasarla genial! Todo está bien! La comida, la atencion del personal, las instalaciones. Tuvimos un inconveniente en la habitacion y con intervencion de Silvia la encargada de Reservas, se solucionó cambiandonos de habitacion. De destacar la variedad en el menu para celiacos y diabéticos! Siempre que puedo vuelvo!!!

Excelente atencion. Comida variada,abundante y de muy buen nivel. Muy recomendable la fisioterapeuta Irma que me toco esta vez Sigo apostando a esta forma de descansar. La canchas de padel espectaculares. Y la pileta para adultos muy recomendsble

El el segundo año consecutivo que vamos. Un lugar hermoso, buen clima, las comidas de calidad, el personal excelente. Todos son profesionales en lo suyo. Jorge que nos atendía todos los almuerzos, los chicos y chicas de los Bares, recepción, la animación increíble, Ova, Tucu y Anita junto al resto que no recuerdo los nombres. Hay concursos y los que ganan tienen un boucher para cambiar en la próxima estadía. Es real porque yo me quedé un día más utilizando el premio. Limpieza impecable. Hotel de nivel Internacional. Felicitaciones a todos su personal y gracias por la Atención.

Desde la llegada hasta el final de la estadía, todo es impecable. Super super recomendable, el hotel, las comidas, la recreación! Increíble todo, para volver y volver con familia, amigos, pareja. Habitaciones limpias y aireadas, la comida exquisita, con un all inclusive completísimo, gourmet y bien argentino La recreación a cargo del Tucu, Osvaldo, Ingrid, Anita! todos hacen de todo y bien. Imperdible experiencia
