The pick up service was-very good. The driver Xiao Mao was very friendly to give me a lot of information about the city on the way to the hotel. All the staffs at the front desk were very helpful too.I liked very much the breakfast but it was a-pity that the hotel did not serve dinner.lt caused me problem to search restaurant for food especially during raining nights. As the road in front the hotel was under construction, it made me to walk in the muddy path. I loved and appreciated the good services provided by the hotel, and the sweet fungi soup served at about 8:30pm every night was really enjoyable. As l am 80 years old now, l may not have chance to visit again but l will surely recommend the hotel to my friends if they come to Tengchong next time.

晚上泡了頂樓温泉，人少，景好。早上吃了米線餌絲，還有烤紅薯，服務人員都特別熱情，吃的開心…晨晨，宜宜和安安的服務也很盡力，幫忙抬行李去車庫，之前房間有些小問題的時候也協調得很好。下次有機會還會再來。
路口在修路，開車的友友們，在路口轉盤的地方注意一下有酒店入口指示牌，酒店有地下停車場，方便停車。

附近想吃的想逛的都有，真的出乎意料，性價比很高，前台服務員漂亮温柔服務不錯，原本訂的雅緻大床房免費還給升級入住雙床房，入住時還送了酸奶水果等零食，晚上有免費的銀耳羹，房間裏窗簾是自動的，洗漱台還有洗面奶 皂液等等，床頭還有數據線，蠻到位，這個檔次跟以前入住的五星級酒店差不多，這個價位真的很值，而且還有早餐，品種很多，騰沖本地該有的都有，相當滿意，值得推薦

這家酒店超預期，整體設計、裝修還有房間床品等都很喜歡和滿意。對小孩很nice，進了酒店，看我一個人帶孩子辦入住不方便，就幫照顧小朋友。小朋友喜歡拍照，給他拍了照片，第二天走的時候送給我們打印好的照片，很贊👍，還送了伴手禮、小朋友的小水杯路上喝，服務和待客誠意都給滿分。走的時候正好看他們帶客人看房，服務也很好。哦，頂樓還有温泉，這次沒時間體驗，下次試試。整體性價比很高，強烈推薦！

很滿意～首先五一節基本沒漲價。其次服務和硬件沒有拉垮的，早餐豐富，有風吹粑粑，大救駕，稀豆粉等等騰沖特色。每天都送水果飲料餅乾，兩天還送的不一樣！樓頂有泡池～還有自助洗衣房～房間的床也很舒服，衞生也好。唯一小小的缺點就是停車費有丟丟擁擠加門口修路有點抖～

來騰沖必選的酒店，早餐好房間又舒適寬敞，服務員很貼心主動幫我洗了我放洗臉池的襪子🧦還留了條（非常不好意思），讓我有了賓至如歸的實感，很值得推薦給來騰沖旅遊的遊客們

酒店屋頂的温泉泡池，感覺挺不錯，旅行回來可以充分放鬆。早餐品種很豐富，吃了騰沖特色的大救駕，餌絲。
離開酒店的時候，前台的玉婷美女幫我提着沉重的大箱子和背包，一直送到我上出租車，在雲南感受到了特別的温暖！

真的是我最近一段時間住過最好的酒店，不是説設施，設施應該説在標準水平之上，好的是服務，服務真的是很好，在這麼小的城市有服務意識這麼強烈的酒店真的有點出人意料，必須好評！
