Comfortable hotel very centrally located. On a street corner and built round a courtyard. Valet parking that worked well as the regular parking is a nightmare. Comfortable bed. Ground floor rooms face the street and so can be dark but it's very quiet at night. Front desk rather snooty but warmed up. Integral restaurant that had good food and lovely serving people. Interesting mural based on Zacatlan's apple crop.

This hotel is beautiful and has a perfect location right downtown Zacatlan. Problem is parking, you can only have valet parking and wait for the cars at least 10-15 minutes. Staff is amazing.

Servicio excelente. Spa increible.
Camas bien pero seria mejor un poco mas comodas.
Restaurante muy bien pero para desayuno abren hasta las 9 o un poco después. Room service muy bien.

El estacionamiento está lejos del hotel. Tiene valet parking pero aún así es inconveniente. Varios servicios solo es el fin de semana.

en el restaurante del desayuno, no tienen suficiente espacio para los huespedes.
Sus jabones, shampoo y acondicionador, son antihigienicos porque no son reemplazados, los huespedes utilizan el mismo envase y liquido
