Always love this restaurant Pepperfry at VitsThane. Beautiful ambience, delicious Jain food. Have tried their firewood pizza. Sizzlers are yum. The chocolate ball is eye pleasing and red Velvet delight. The relaxing music. Must visit. I highly recommend.

Hoorible Experience - Hygiene amd Safety Issues, Irresponsible Service, Damaged Equipments. Dirty Linenes, Delayed Servce Response. The staff is untrained and casual that even after the complaint a stained bedsheet was hidden below another sheet and not changed. No manager to supervise and take ownership.

VITS SHARANAM is centrally located in Thane - Louis Wadi, with convenient access to Mumbai. The property is like a wadi, surrounded by lush green trees. The rooms are well maintained with almost all the amenities. Their in-house restaurants are big hit and offer scrumptious pure vegetarian food with alcohol at MRP. Experience luxury staycation in Thane This place is well located and well placed to serve the guests visiting the surrounding areas for visit or business. This is a slightly old hotel serving for the last 26 years ❤One of the best hotels in Thane. Rooms are good and spacious. Service provided is really good. Food is really good and more than sufficient for the prices mentioned in the menu and even the taste is really good. Staff is very polite and friendly. thank you for treating me well. I had a nice stay and look forward to staying with you again❤

My family had a very good stay at this hotel. We had a bulk booking for around 30 people and the staff was very hospitable and sweet, the rooms were decent as well. The food at their restaurant was also good wherein the buffet was arranged really well by Mr Pravin. Mr Faizal was helpful and helped with a lot of last minute changes in rooms with ease. Early check in and late check out for my outstation guests were handled too.

The food is very tasty of this hotel. As well as the service is so fast to attend the customers. Family Room was big, bathroom was big and spacious. Water pressure was great and water heated up quite well. We mostly celebrate our all functions in this hotel. So we appreciate it

Nice housekeeping services thanks for all staff to cooperate me rooms are neat and clean I was stay 2 days when I need some equipment I was called housekeeping within a minute I get the service so satisfied with this service and pully to all staff so I will come again stay here

Mosquito in room. All staff including reception was below 25 age. They are not trained to understand customer problem and solution. Fridge was not working in room, cracked walls,towels was torns, bedsheet was dirty. I asked for change my room nobody bothered to address my issue . In lobby I was discussing office work with colleague has he was not allowed in the room. Reception people was talking so loudly that we were getting disturbed. Service pathetic. Nobody come to pick luggage when I reached hotel and when I was going going in my room.
