Maratua Seaview Resort

This is by far the best and exclusive resort on Pulau Maratua! From the pick-up from airport/hotel in Berau till we back, everything were just so well organized. Rooms - we occupied all the seaview bungalow and the view is fantastic, the room is spacious with big veranda and a rooftop deck. It's clean and beds are comfy, bathroom is big with dry and wet well separated. The only setback is the room got a bit hot and humid during noon time. Restaurant - the buffet food served at the restaurant was yummy! with decent and well-balanced choice of dishes. And Thumbs up for the little dessert by the chef every afternoon! Dive Center - i can't praise the dm and the crews enough for their excellent service! To our DM Julham and helper Ruspandi, and the boatman and crew, they take care and ensure all of us enjoyed each of our dive, thank you! Service Crew - All the service crews are fantastic and we feel so overwhelmed and hate to leave so soon, to the Chef for the delicious meals, to Long Hair (didn't manage to ask for his name) and all other crews for the attentive and personalized experience to even the tiniest details. And to the Resort owner, we had the great pleasure to be able to meet up with u there and thank you for your great hospitality! To anyone who plan to visit Pulau Maratua, search no more and this Resort definitely is the best amongst all!

séjour plongée à 17 ami(e)s . lodges confortables très bonne literie salle de bains ras eau chaude ok clim ras parcours entre lodge et salle principale propre bien éclairée la nuit repas peu varié mais de bonne qualité ;sites de plongées variés capitaine du bateau très expérimenté malgré les marèes et le récif affleurant .sept par bateaux trois dives masters et un homme de "mains" en plus du capitaine guides très attentionnés très fouineurs pour dénicher du tout petits mais très attentif aussi à notre sécurité et notre bien être eau à 29 degré à 20 mètres bloc alu de 12 litres mais permettant des plongées de 60 minutes ; gorgonnes et corails ok ambiance très jolie on peut quand même noter que les poissons sont très craintifs peu de gros visibles mantas pas beaucoup sur cette période requins léo un peu solitaire peu de carangues pour ce qui aiment le tout petit c est parfait .bref séjour très agréable
