The girls from front desk were very helpful and helped me to book a taxi during sha at period. Very lovely locations and clean room❤️

I had advised the hotel of my late arrival, after midnight. On arrival the hotel was not open. I called a woman answered. She said I was too late, called me "a no-show" and said I should come back the next day(!). Obviously I did not stay at The Elliot and would advise anyone else to be aware of the poor service and lack of integrity.

The stay was amazing and the staff was very helpful. Vijay,surender,shikha and vishaka staff memebers were very helpful and made our stay quite comfortable and trip was amazing. The facilities provided by hotel made the stay more comfortable.

The place was recommended by a local . As I was in the neighbourhood I dropped past. The hotel was apparently “closed” ( doors locked), however I ran into one of the staff (receptionist ?). She was more than unfriendly. I didn’t want to give up yet and checked Tripadvisor. Unfortunately I don’t seem to be the only one with the same experience. By the way, an elderly couple were at the entrance - very friendly. They said it was quaint, but avoid the unfriendly lady …. What a pity. I wonder if the management is aware? We will be returning to TLV in several weeks and hope to give it a second chance.

After booking confirmation the reception informed at arrivel that i have no room. Very arrogant,cynical receptionist. Was travel few hours from Haifa for Purim to TLV. After was almost impossible to find a room in the city. Also my money was deducted from the credit card. DONT ADVISE THIS HOTEL FOR TOURIST!!!! Very bed experience!!!! Management was hided douring the argument. For the receptionsit better to find another job! She is not for this sector.cannot handle tourist.

I booked a room with breakfast and on Saturday morning when we went for breakfast there was no breakfast at all and no one to talk to. Even the phone they didn't answer. We had to live the place without breakfast. I haven't received an apology yet or neither the money I expense in buying breakfast somewhere else although I have been trying to talk to them for three days now.

Não tem staff, funcionando como alojamento local. Se necessitar de contatar alguém ou está no hotel às 12 h ou usa WhatsApp. Aliás uma questão posta em inglês foi respondida em hebraico. Surgiu um problema com o meu cartão de crédito e foram extremamente agressivos, ameaçando considerar O elevador é antigo e perigoso. Fiquei fechada durante uma utilização, tendo a sorte de aparecer uma funcionária, que desenvolveu as ações necessárias para me libertar, uma vez que nem existia uma chave para abertura. Tanto quanto sei esta situação é recorrente. Passei a utilizar uma escada de ferro em caracol, onde nem uma mala cabia. O quarto atribuído não tinha janela e nada constava a este respeito na reserva. Não existe espaço para abrir uma mala nem sequer para os produtos de cosmética. A banheira no fundo do quarto é pouco funcional, alagando o chão. A internet, a TV e o cofre não funcionavam. Durante 3 dias não foi feita limpeza, mudadas as toalhas ou tirado o lixo Localização próxima da praia e do mercado de Carmel Os meus agradecimentos à funcionária do hotel, que me libertou do elevador, e a única que se preocupou com a minha estadia, uma vez que não recebi uma palavra da gerência.

Хуже отеля я не видела. Это кошмар за немалые деньги! Обои грязные, постельное белье такое, что спала в халате. Уборки в номере нет. Мусор выносили сами. Не кому не пожелаю там останавливаться. Специально сделала фото.
