酒店俄羅斯妹妹和泰國小哥都是非常的熱心熱情，讓入住得到了非常愉快的體驗。早餐在隔壁兩家餐廳吃的，可選擇性還是比較多。算是性價比比價優的酒店

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. It was clean and stylish with new furnishings. Bed was large, comfortable and the room was fully equipped. Staff was friendly and attentive. Location was surrounded by shopping, dining, markets and cafes. 10 minute walk to beach.

We had to switch rooms twice because there was dust on the vents and then the second room we wanted to take a shower and there was mold in the shower

I wanted to give a 5 star review and express how wonderful my stay was here but I can't. From being skipped for maid service (no it was not Shabbat) to the elevator not functioning to having no one at the front desk, it was just not a five star experience. I would definietly stay here again for convenience, location and local conveniences but I will lower my expectations.

I had an amazing time at the Jacob Samuel hotel. The location is superb. You are close to the beach, cool bars and restaurants and shopping. If you wish to take the train to Jerusalem you can take a 30 minute walk to the nearest station or a short cab ride.
I got a fabulous room and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. I will definitely book a room there for any future visits to Tel Aviv!!

No t clean and fresh.
Elevator didn't work, we climbed 6 floors in a dirty stairways space.
Poor compare to other places in Tel Aviv, at this price

Lovely staff, hotel was in a great location and we got a good nights sleep! Restaurant was always busy but we didn’t get a chance to try

Have just Stayed at Jacob Samuel for 7 nights with friends. We reserved 3 rooms and mine was a Deluxe with Balcony. The rooms are modern and well maintained with good lighting as well as being fully equipped with an efficient and silent air conditioner. I would especially like to commend Yariv the duty manager as well as Svetlana at the front desk for making our stay exceptional.In addition the Room cleaning staff who did an excellent job . There is an also a very good restaurant at the property (separately owned) and a Bar in the Basement with top quality cocktails to enjoy. Even though the hotel is in a busy area with a main road the rooms are double glazed and almost silent. In fact I was so impressed overall I am coming back with my family in August and have changed hotels to stay at the Jacob Samuel .
