Mövenpick Resort Antalya Tekirova (Opening June 2024)

Von der Lage bis zu der Anlage einfach nur Top! Die Speisen sind von mediterraner Küche bis hin zu internationale Küche sehr schmackhaft. Vielen Dank für den netten Empfang an der reception und generell waren die Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Möchten uns auch bei der Gästebetreung recht herzlich bedanken Sie waren stets bemüht unsere Anliegen mit Freundlichkeit zu erfüllen. Ganz besonderen Dank an das Team des SPA Bereichs. Die 5 tägigen Massagen die wir hatten waren ein Highlight für uns, Preis zu Leistung einfach nur Top. Vielen vielen Dank an die Masseurinnen u. Yakup bey! Das Animations-Team sind sehr aktiv freundlich und liebevoll zu den Gästen und man hat fast immer die richtige Aktivität für sich selbst.

Sehr schöne Anlage in traumhafter Lage. Wunderbarer, sehr gepflegter Garten. Sehr nettes Personal. Leckeres Essen. Im Zimmer gab es Probleme. Einige Sachen funktionieren nicht. Manche Reparaturen im Hauptgebäude wurden sogar Nachts durchgeführt. Furchtbare Ruhestörung. Ende April und Anfang Mai war das Hotel noch nicht komplett zum Touristen Empfang vorbereitet. Der Strand war noch nicht komplett fertig. Lärmbelästigung am Strand durch Bagger Arbeiten. Hotel wird hauptsächlich von russischen Gästen besucht.

Das Hotel hat sowohl positive als auch negative Seiten, unsere Beurteilungen während des Urlaubs möchten wir hier teilen. Vorteilen: *Große Zimmer *Aufgepflegte Grünanlage(Überall Bananenbäume) *Gute Essangebot *Gute Getränke *Freundliche Bedienung Nachteilen: *Nicht gute sauberung in dem Zimmern *Kein richtihe whisky *Keine Shops in ausserbereich *Wenig Deutsche als Gäste Sonst tip top *

We stayed for the first time in Royal Diwa. We initially reserved the club room, which was not ready by the official check-in time. There had been a misunderstanding and our check-in was lagged because of the cleaning taking too long. Having seen our tiredness, the hotel’s Assistant GM, Unsal Yagucmen, upgraded us to the hotel’s main building. Our room was very specious, with a large balcony. He was taking care not only of us, but also each and every guest at the hotel. Also the personnel was very helpful. The food was amazing, with tons of variety. The dinners were complemented with a special concept every evening (e.g. Mexian, Far East, Italian). The beach was very gorgeous that allowed us taking long walking tours. One week of stay was never enough, I already plan to go in a couple of weeks again!:) Thanks for the amazing hospitality!

For context, I used to be the Head of Europe for an international hotel chain with over 50,000 hotel beds. We had a disgusting experience with the Movenpick. We saw the reviews that the hotel had missed the opening date for the beginning of May. We were assured by Accor (on their main website contact telephone number) that it would be open for 19th May. We were assured by the staff at Movenpick twice (Mustafa was one of these people) on Instagram and email that the hotel would be open on 19th May. So we booked to stay on 19th May. We checked again on 14th May and were told the hotel was still open on 19th May and then …….. 38 hours before we were due to take off on holiday, we were told the hotel would be open on 5th June. No apology, no help in finding alternative accommodation. Nothing. I’m staggered by the utter lack of professionalism and respect for a company that is supposed to be in the hospitality industry. I’m sure the hotel will be amazing when they eventually open, but I am very worried with the top down lack of customer care or management when people spending significant amounts of money are treated in this way. How simple is it to send one generic apology to the email addresses of all the people you are letting down? Disgraceful.

The hotel postponed the opening twice. No information, nothing. My family with 6 year old boy are left without vacation, and he was waiting for it so much. I don’t know how to explain to him that some people aren’t able to keep his words. I send an email to Southsideh, operating company of Movenpick Tekirova and had an answer like - “we have informed all our partners about postponing of opening, no help from our side”. Our travel agency is still trying to find a replacement for us, but no hope, because now prices are much higher than it was 2 months ago, when we made a reservation. Thank you Movenpick for our vacation and I hope that nobody will book here!!!

Classic of the genre, our tickets were bought also on 27 April, but for our family they moved the tickets from 9 May to 19 May the reason is that they don't get the right amount of visitors..??. a very unfortunate holiday for a family of 11 !!!!! , we had an incredible experience in Egypt with Movenpick, it was a disappointment to see Turkey's attempt to be so inefficient and incompetent in all matters, and also in the communication, when it lies to you about being okay up until the last moment... Definitely not recommended. Customer service is the core of this business, unfortunately Movenpick Tekirova has practically none.

11 ve 18 yaşlarında kızlarım ve eşim ile birlikte çok güzel 6 gün geçirdik. Daha önce Belek-Lara taraflarında çok daha pahalı otellerde defalarca aile tatili yaptık. Acenta sahibi bir arkadaşımın önerisi ile Royal Diwa Tekirova yı denedik. İnanın o pahalı otellerden fazlası var eksiği yok ve o otellere göre çok daha uygun fiyata. Bir kere yeme-içme konusunda çok iyiler, yemeklerin lezzeti oldukça iyi ve çok çeşit var. Günün her saati otelde yiyecek ikramı var, hiç boşluk yok. İçecek konusunda bence aşmışlar, marketten alır gibi orjinal kutularında veriyolar içecekleri, açık yada makine içeceği yok, otelin içinde artı bir ücret olmadan Starbucks var ve büyük kızım hergün orada bayağı bir zaman geçirdi. Kaliteyi anlamak için bu detay yeter sanırım. Akşamları gösteri ve canlı müzikleri ile çok güzel atmosferler var. Jazz Bar ı mutlaka deneyin biz eşim ile oranın ambiansına ve canlı müziklerine bayıldık. Havuz, deniz aqua hepsi çok rahat yürüme mesafesinde ve çok iyiler. Ne havuzda ne plajda şezlong bulamama sorunu yaşamıyorsunuz. Gittiğimiz dönemde otel ful doluydu ve buna rağmen hiçbir yerde sıra yada yer bulamama sorunu yaşamadık, barlar ve restaurantlar dahil. Çalışanların müşteri ile iletişimler çok iyi ne isterseniz hemen yapıyorlar. Birde otele girişte size müşteri ilişkilerden bir personel atanıyo ve siz çıkana kadar bütün ihtiyaçlarınız ile ilgileniyor. Bütün bu kalitenin oluşmasında Genel Müdür Yardımcısı Ünsal Bey in büyük emeği olduğuna inanıyorum. Adam makamında oturup rapor beklemiyor, sürekli sahada. Plajda, barda, restaurant ta, havuzda... sabah akşam sürekli görebilirsiniz kendisini. Ünsal bey işini iyi yapan nadir insanlardan, iyiki bu işi yapıyorsunuz Ünsal bey. Son akşam yemeğimizde her tatilde yaptığımız oylama sonucuna göre 4 te 4 oyla seneye tekrar Royal Diwa Tekirova da olacağız inşallah.

Bugra, Ayza at Anchor Restaurant and everyone else was very warm and welcoming. This os fish restaurant with delicious main course and we enjoyed the desserts! I had a great time with my familly Best expirience out of all!
