Ctrip is onzin. We hebben een nacht eerder een kamer geboekt en de kosten zijn met succes afgetrokken. De uitchecktijd van het hotel was de volgende dag om 12 uur, maar we kregen om 1 uur te horen dat de reservering niet succesvol was. Als gevolg hiervan werden we uit het hotel gezet en moesten we tijdelijk onze route wijzigen en terugkeren naar het hotel om van kamer te veranderen. Binnen 10 dagen heb ik twee fouten gemaakt en ik ben nog steeds niet bereid de kamerprijs te dragen. Bovendien heb ik 3 kamers Ik weet niet hoe ik iedereen zo kan dienen.

In dit hotel is de WiFi echt een ramp en zal dit uw werk ernstig beïnvloeden! Het maakt niet uit of er geen signaal in de kamer is, er is geen signaal als u de gang in gaat, en er is nog steeds geen signaal als u ga naar de lobby op de eerste verdieping! ! Het is duidelijk dat de wifi in mijn hotel verschrikkelijk is, maar de receptie geeft de schuld aan de regering van Yilang🤮

Wanneer u in dit hotel verblijft, zorg er dan voor dat u uw portemonnee en waardevolle spullen meeneemt of in de kluis bewaart Zorg ervoor dat u een fooi achterlaat, anders maakt niemand de kamer schoon

De service was uitstekend, het personeel zeer attent en beleefd. Het enige punt van kritiek is de douche, deze moet dringend gerenoveerd worden en is geen 5 sterren hotel waardig.

I love Tahah in the reception desk. he is very very kind and also he can speak English very well . There is a Chinese restaurant just opposite to the hotel. Next time I will choose this hotel again !

The hotel staff was the best thing about the hotel. They were lovely and kind people, especially the reception team. Many people knew turkish and that helped us a lot. The rooms were nice with good views and the breakfast was good too. I would definitely stay there again.

All the personnel at the hotel extremely helpful and friendly. Over all I liked the hotel the location and the service. The only complaint I have is about house keeping. Toilets were very very dirty, I believe the house of house keeping needs to pay more attention to what goes on in his or her department. Only this department can ruin the entire image of the hotel.

It was a good hotel but we confused between this hotel location and Espinas palace hotel and since we made a booking we had to stay thr I would say people were nice but nothing compare to Espinas palace over all hotel experience. Would recommend only if someone wants to stay at center of Tehran and accessibility is good .
