Great room, location setting and service.
Quality stay for most but does get extra busy and loud (especially if there’s a function and related tidy up is going on in the early hours of the morning and you’re trying to sleep on the 1st floor)!
Amenities use is totally worth it!

Stayed for one night. Room was clean with a very nice view of the grounds and the river Thames.
The health club was busy but nice, we enjoyed the pool, sauna and steam room.
Downside was the bedroom door was not very soundproof so you could hear people coming and going in the hallway.

Good location for accessing Twickenham etc. bedrooms would benefit from some upgrading. Amenities within bedrooms felt limited (no bottled water), 1 bath towel to share between my husband and I etc).
