A budget hotel with good value for your money. Nearby has lots of food places. The room is clean and comfy

Sound proof can be improved, we can hear exciting couple moments at the corridor while walking to our room. The heater pump generates loud noise when turned on.

A decent hotel to stay at. Just note that there are only 2 levels of rooms excluding the ground floor and the room has a bit of a funky smell upon checking in.

Location is good, easy to access to places in Johor Bahru. Surrounded by many restaurants, no matter Malay food, Chinese food, Western food all have. Room is clean enough, do provide towel and change everyday. They do have a guard who help to take care hotel guest's car which park in front of the hotel. One thing that I am not happy is their WiFi service, speed is slow and sometimes even cannot get connected. So better you get ready to use your own mobile network for internet access.

towels were not easily provided, said that laundry hasn’t come etc (this was at night). other than that, decent place to stay, but heater was not working at all. sheets and pillow were clean!
