Usually my stays here are superb however this trip had a few hiccups. 1st There was hair in my shower and sink upon arrival and the bed that was in the couch was horrible and uncomfortable. The breakfast we had to recook because the eggs and sausages were undercooked.

We did not have no problem during our 4 night stay. We had an amazing stay; thanks to the staff.

Overall, stay was good. We stayed in Rm 908. Only bad thing was with the hvac system. It would not heat up the room and instead it made a terrible squeaking sound which made it difficult to sleep. So we were all cold and had trouble sleeping cause of the noise.
It has a fridge and kitchen. Pretty clean overall. Would stay again but will check the hvac first next time.

A short walk to bus stop that goes to Port Authority which is very convenient. Staff are very friendly. Hot chocolate and coffee at lobby all day long is a highlight. Very quiet hotel yet welcoming.

We stayed at the hampton inn in glenwood new jersey, stayed for 2 nights with my whole family, my husband and my 4 year old twin boys. The sheets smells so clean and fresh, the room and the kitchen is so clean, kitchen is complete with full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher! Reasonable rate and with good choices for breakfast. The only downside is I chose the room with the city view and little did I know that it is exactly where the big highways are! So yeah it is noisy! But the night view is pretty with all the lights playing outside the glass wall/ window.
Parking! It is valet park, unfortunately our pick up truck’s rack trac got caught on something while the valet driver was parking it, it broke in pieces, and dented the truck’s wall. The parking management promised to do something about it, hopefully soon.

Pros: Free valet parking (Tips are appreciated). Easy access to the parking lot. EV charging (Not Tesla, but the regular ones) is available. Friendly staff. Nice room views. Easy access to Washington Bridge to NYC. Nice restaurant nearby within 5-15 minutes' driving distance.
Cons: Breakfast was terrible! Not only this hotel but most of the ones in the US! It is as if travelers must go to a standard five-star hotel to have a good breakfast. I just returned from business trips to Thailand and Nairobi (Kenya). Seriously, developing and less developed countries' 3-star hotels' breakfast was way way way better than so-called 3-4 star hotels in the US! Any thoughts?
