Don’t have a service idea at all
Its a great hotel but it is not mangier don’t make it service for costumes
The workers who are at the entrance are great and the service at the restaurant in the morning breakfast are great still the spa facility in specialthe jacuzzi are cold and not working
The room is good and clean and the shower is nice but the heads shower are rustic and a simple not sutball for this luxurious hotel

格魯吉亞這邊酒店對於家庭出遊並不友好，房間和床基本都是二十幾平0.8米的雙床。選了這家全城最高的Biltmore酒店，一開始主要因為房間很寬敞，也比較新，床有一米二，而且竟然主動提前給加了一張床。360度環城的景觀，臨江，對面山上就是電視塔和摩天輪，另一面看第比利斯老城，各種修道院，三聖一教堂，母親保壘，格魯吉亞之母雕塑，和平橋，自由廣場，國家博物館等都在肉眼可見和步行能達的範圍。每天最滿足的一餐的還是自助早餐，各種煎烤火腿和糕點反而治好了我這胃寒的毛病

坐落老城區主大道，酒店附近數不完的藝術中心，畫廊。喜歡藝術品的朋友一定要選這裏。也是City walk自由廣場的出發點。位置絕佳

酒店雖然有點老了，但是位置很好，窗外的風景值了。坐在窗口就俯瞰整個第比利斯。非常好。房間也很大，不過沒有洗漱的牙刷牙膏，注意自己帶好。走路距離去博物館等景點。推薦。

這個酒店住宿的經歷，是我經歷過最爛的一次根本沒有服務意識的糟糕行程！攜程預訂後的責任全部推給代理商，而在繳費後境外代理根本沒有得到酒店確認的前提下，讓胡扯酒店不給退房為由，不給退訂退款，攜程以此為由拒絕退訂退款！攜程對境外代理商管理的失控，是根本原因！

優：房間比較大，雖是2016年的酒店，衞生還是乾淨的
缺：五星酒店房間沒有洗漱用品，沒有吹風機，浴室沒有防滑墊。
