De bedden waren heel slecht.
Er stonden maar 2 bedden op de kamer terwijl er 3 geboekt waren.
Heel slecht kinderbed.
Ontbijt was niet te eten.

Lovely stay, lovely building, very decent breakfast. Pillows poor quality and very sparse on shower gel! A 30ml bottle for both of us, no soap etc and only 3 English tea teabags per day, not even 4 so we could have 2 cups each! These are minor petty issues and we would definitely stay here again if I the area.

Our first spa experience and I thought it might be a bit posh and stiff, not at all, staff were welcoming, very professional but not in your face. Our continental breakfast had hot options too. Spa facilities were soo relaxing, cant wait to do it all again.

Great looking hotel both inside and out. Unfortunately for me the room I had was near the stairwell and I suffered noise. Not helped by the fact a coach load of tourists turned up. Food ok but could have been better.

Fabulous staff and lovely spa / pool with designated swimming times for children. On arrival you’d be forgiven for thinking the hotel looked a bit past its best from the outside and some communal areas are tired, but the reception / bar and restaurant are lovely, and we had a superior room above the spa which is clearly the more recent and refurbished section. Minor issue with smell in room 243 but flushing the shower through and opening the windows helped and it wasn’t enough to affect our stay. Would stay again if we were in the area, as it’s very central to a few different places. With a child we spent a good few hours on a rainy birthday at Mr Mulligans in Cheltenham, then back for a birthday swim and it was very good value for money. We ate in the bar as just wanted casual dining and quality of what we had including sandwiches, kids menu, chips and cocktails was outstanding. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but we’ve probably been spoilt in the past. A great value hotel for a mini break.

The hotel was fantastic really beautiful food was incredible staff were really nice but they can make the service in the bar and restaurant a bit better and the spa was really really good

The Spa facilities make this place as the rooms are not as large or luxurious as the photos appear. The bar and dining area is excellent and the staff very helpful and pleasant. However, if you do not book directly you are not entitled to as much time in the Spa and member of staff was rather dismissive of us for booking via *******.

The service at Hatherley hotel is the best part of it. All the staff were very friendly and efficient. The decor has been mostly updated, and it is quite pretty. The spa is quite nice and clean.
However the hallways and the bathroom in the room need a bit more attention, in terms on cleanliness and a lick of paint.
The bed was ok, but the pillows were very hard, which rendered to a not so good night of sleep.
Also, it was quite noisy in the evening, so if travelling with kids, request a bedroom away from communal areas.
All in all a good place.
