The best most affordable and comfortable hotel of all the hotel i have slept in tawau town. clean, comfy, near to every single shops / restaurants / night market / mosque / church. highly recommended for everyone to booked and stay in this hotel.

A nice hotel that has a cozy vibe to it, and when I book with trip.com it comes with a breakfast (picture for reference). Overall, a very good experience.👍

Location wise, friendly staff. Affordable price. Hopefully housekeeper could spray insects repellant before guest check in as there were cockroach and white insects on the carpet.

The hotel located in the city centre. For my experience, this hotel provides good parking space for guest. Polite and helpful staff.
However, amenities such as toiletries should be improved. Water heater is not functioning. The room is comfortable and suitable for solo travellers.
On the side note, they close the main door at 12.00 am.

I’m having a bad experience with the hotel , I’m not recommend to book this hotel . I’m having mystic experience here it’s very scary . Then I have to check out late night because of what I see and hear . This hotel is very old in Tawau . I heard that at this hotel there was a person died at this hotel 10 years ago . Even the alley from lift to room also quite dark , and the room also quite dark it’s very scary .
