Het eten is smakeloos en weinig variatie. Elke dag pizza, friet, nuggets, … De groentjes en fruit zijn standaard en niet zo smaakvol als je zou verwachten in dit klimaat. Ook de snacks zijn gewoon hotdogs en hamburgers. Zwembad aan het hotel stelt ook niet veel voor. Het Aquapark is wel superleuk, daar hebben onze kinderen (8 en 9 jaar) zich ook enorm geamuseerd. Wel spijtig dat het om 18u al sluit en dat een half uur eerder alle glijbanen al toe zijn. Het hotel zou heel mooi kunnen zijn, maar heeft een opknapbeurt nodig. De kamer is heel ruim, maar oubollig en de bedden zijn slecht (slechte matras op ons bed en voor de kinderen een uitgetrokken zetel). Kortom: leuke vakantie gehad, zeker ook de kinderen. Maar blij dat we niet teveel betaald hebben zodat we ook eens buiten het hotel zijn gaan eten.

Goed hotel om even een weekje zorgeloos van de zon te genieten in de winter. Alles is op loopafstand, het waterpark, het strand, de zee en winkeltjes. Het restaurant heeft een gevarieerde keuze, geen Michelin kwaliteit maar de kinderen vonden het geweldig. De kamers zijn eenvoudig maar prima. Zowel het hotel als de kamers worden goed schoon gehouden en de het personeel is vriendelijk. Wij zijn in december een weekje geweest, toen was het goed te doen qua drukte.

Het hotel is nauwelijks 3 sterren waard. Kamers zijn verouderd, geen wifi op de kamer, personeel wat totaal niet vriendelijk is.. Veel te veel bedden bij het (best kleine) zwembad, waar iedere ochtend handdoeken op werden gelegd, geen schaduwplek te vinden. De bar bij het zwembad ging al om 18 uur dicht, terwijl er nog meer dan 100 gasten aan het zwemmen waren. Andere bar stond 's avonds lange rij van soms wel 20 meter, ook daar geen vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt prima, lunch en diner iedere dag zo'n beetje hetzelfde, wel genoeg keus. Waterpark is leuk, maar ook hier iedere dag lange rij voor de entree. Het publiek bestond vooral uit Engelse gezinnen. Ik zou hier geen t****e keer naar toe gaan.

Would not recommend this hotel to anyone with children. You’re not allowed to use floats in the pool. The seawater in the water park burns your skin. You’re allocated times for all inclusive. Kids club is for 1hr30 which is a walk away. Dirty.

Family vacation with teenagers. We stayed in 2 family rooms on the 6th floor. The view was amazing from the balcony. Beautiful sunset every night. Food was good. Beach was close. Service was good. Overall a very good family vacation.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, firstly my family of 6 all became really ill with sickness bug spending 3-4 days in a hotel room! When speaking to the pharmacy they informed us that a lot of people had fallen ill, Then when we checked out we left our bags in what was meant to be a secure place in the hotel to find items had been stolen! A total waste of money a holiday that should have been a fun filled family time was a disaster. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL

Fantastic place for couples or families, nice relaxing getaway just what we needed. We booked it as a last minute checked the reviews and booked, we were very happy with the holiday in all. Room was immaculate and a nice big size. Wardrobe for storage if needed, but we just use our cases to keep our clothes in. Bathroom was clean tidy and stocked up with toilet roll, soap and two packets of shampoo in there. Food was really nice, I love a fresh salad and my husband loves meat and potatoes. There was a selection of both every day freshly cooked meat, cooked in front of you. Fruit juice is on tap and so is Pepsi, 7up. Pool was great but busy so sometimes you don't always get a sunbed, but with having free entry into the water park you can get a sun lounger in there as there's plenty of them. All in all a very nice hotel, staff were very friendly and we had a good laugh with them plus I got to practice my Spanish

We booked this hotel as a last minute get away cheap and cheerful to escape the rain in England. The hotel is ok its clean in the rooms and restaurants but it is very tired and could do with a makeover. The food is ok always something to eat but it is repetitive and we didn't like the food round the pool .We only used the pool once it was really busy and to small for the hotel .however the water park was fantastic.We hired mattress every day at €3 per sun lounger but worth it .We took drinks and crisps in from the supermarket and nobody said anything. There is also a huge smoking section so u don't have to sit by a smoker all day .We caught the bus into Pauto rico and had a great day and picked up some cheap gifts .The bars on the beach are also fantastic one is great for food the other is more lively with great music and entertainment if u fancy a change as the hotel entertainment is very repetitive and wine in a paper cup is naff tbh .overall though we had a great holiday I wouldn't come again as I've done everything here but I would recommend if u want a cheap and cheerful break

last minute winter get away. cant fault this hotel at all the hotel is of good standard with plenty to do and see. lovely little caves to explore on the beach, arcades and shops to look round at night. we found we spent all day every day in the waterpark, yes the water is cold but get on with it. we never struggled to get sunbeds and it was a very relaxing atmosphere beautiful weather, food was spot on, we kept going back fron waterpark to hotel to get our all inclusive drinks and food which wasnt a problem at all. transfer was a little longer than expected but nothing to be concerned about. we got a taxi ride into puerto one night , only 10 mins away.. hundreds of shops and resteraunts on offer. entertainment was good, VERY loud at night if you wanted a early night youd struggle to sleep but we didnt care as we was on holiday. staff work hard just like any other hotel. the view from the balcony was beaut , overlooking the waterpark and mountains. i had a few morning runs up the mountain, would defo reccomend. i would recommend this hotel to anyone with young children
