Bed covernya dimana mana ada noda hitam, lampu tengah juga ga hidup, katanya sih berAC ternyata engga ada padahal pesannya kamar deluxe loh. Utk pelayanannya juga kurang ramah sih. Wajar aja sih kalo pengunjung sebelumnya nyebut hotel ini angker.

Visited this Hotel 20 years ago (not in 2022), so I don't think my Review would be much relevant to this day but I can ensure you that Pusako Hotel was one of the most decent hotel in Bukittinggi, it might look old fashioned but it is close to tourist area in the city, so you are certainly will get the best deal in Pusako
