Prima hotel, fijn dat de eigenaar Hollands is en erg attent! Iedereen goede service, eten ook erg goed. Goede all inclusief formule. Fijne bedden. Mooie kamer met zeezicht geboekt. Adults only was fijn, zeer rustig gelegen aan de boulevard.

Mooi gelegen hotel met een zeer goede service. Het hotel had een email gestuurd na 2 dagen hoe we het hoten ervaren.We vonden de bedden een beetje te stevig, en dit in de mail verwerkt. De volgende dag na het ontbijt kwanen we terug op de kamer. Wat blijkt ze hadden toppers op onze bedden geplaatst en de bedden waren weer netjes met schoon beddengoed opgemaakt. Tevens de complimenten aan het animatieteam. Agnes ,Georgi en Hugo hebben ons kostelijk vermaakt zolang we daar waren. Heb vooral genoten van het handboog schieten, waarbij ik een diploma mog verwelkomen

Een super locatie. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze maken er iedere dag een feestje van om te werken en het de gasten naar hun zin te maken. De housekeeping, in het speciaal Vanesa, zorgt iedere dag voor een prachtig begin van de dag! Altijd even vrolijk, behulpzaam en enthousiast. Dit maakt de vakantie echt compleet!

Fijn hotel voor een relaxte vakantie! Het eten is prima, faciliteiten goed en er is een entertainment. Elke dag is er wel iets, zoals aqua gym, spelletjes, (live) muziek en salsa cursus. De entertainers doen hun best om iedereen het naar hun zin te maken. Net geen vijf sterren vanwege de locatie, er is niet veel te beleven in het dorp. Gelukkig zijn er wel activiteiten in de omgeving. In principe hoef je het hotel niet af.

My wife and I chose this hotel for a quiet relaxing break and it fitted our requirements perfectly, the hotel is very nice and very clean and all the staff are very friendly I took advantage of the excellent spa facilities and experienced two wonderful massages by a lady named Soli she really was absolutely amazing. The food was good, the room was great and the animation team around the pool were brilliant. We both had a wonderful time and would definitely go there again.

Hotel was very good. Spotlessly clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Food has a decent range of options with something for everyone. Only 3 stars because the decking area round the pool was past needing repairs (was bad enough last year and not been dealt with). Also, overbooking meant that 2 of our friends (not booked as a group) ended up elsewhere for 2 nights and the manager was not available at that time. We did catch him later in the week and he said decking repairs were imminent. However, after emailing for an update before booking again for next year, this still hasn't been tackled and he us unable to tell us an exact date for this. Would be more than happy to return but not until decking made safe.

First time in the Canaries and very pleased with this hotel. Good salad options and drinks, meats on the poorer side. Quite clean. Staff very kind and helpful, especially Rafael who works in the restaurant. Jamal was also excellent at engaging guests - thank you! Lots of cute cats around which was a big plus for me. Staff kind enough to let me practice spanish with them too! Yes there are a few bits of the hotel that are older (decking, some signage) but that didn't effect out stay in the least. Coffee hack: put an extra shot of espresso in your cappuccino at the machines- it fits!

The hotels and most staff were great but the wooden decking around all the pools was in a disgusting and dangerous state. We complained to staff who said they were aware and trying to get it repaired. I later found out from a staff member in confidence that it had been that way for over a year. No staff were interested.. there were holes, trip hazards and nails. You couldn’t walk around the pools (all 3) barefoot . Absolutely disgraceful. Would never go here again because of the dangers of the decking and of the attitude of the staff we mentioned it to. All other aspects of the hotel were ok

A quiet location but just what we were looking for. Greeted by friendly, helpful reception staff on arrival, room was lovely, well layed out & clean with a sea view (highly recommend paying the bit more for sea views & balcony). Plenty of variety at meal times, although does cater more for German cuisine rather than English, with a well set out dining room that didn't feel over crowded. To summarise a clean, friendly, quiet Hotel, we enjoyed it so much we are going back at the end of May!
