四人房空間挺大，還算乾淨也有冰箱，廁所有用分離式，但蓮蓬頭掛架希望能可以調整角度，唯有個人原因比較不愛浴室是小塊磁磚。 另外希望車道指示可以明顯一些，google的地圖定位是在後門不是入口管理員那處。

Dit was mijn t****e verblijf. De accommodatie ligt naast het Shimen Reservoir Scenic Area, maar er waren niet veel restaurants in de buurt. Daarom heb ik beide keren via Uber Eats besteld, omdat het visrestaurant niet geschikt was voor ons kleine gezelschap. De speelfaciliteiten waren fantastisch! Er was een ballenbak en verschillende hindernisbanen voor peuters, en een Switch, een basketbalmachine en een biljartkamer voor oudere kinderen. Echt een aanrader. Het zwembad was half overdekt en 's avonds werd het behoorlijk koud, maar de aanwezigheid van een zwembad is sowieso een pluspunt. Het ontbijt was het standaardontbijt van de Howard Plaza Hotel Group... inclusief rundvleesnoedels, en die waren heerlijk.

The host is really very nice and friendly. We have understood well and he always helped us when we had a question. The stay was very good. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a washing machine and a kitchen as well as a drinking water donor.

We booked a two level room and it is large enough for 3 people. We came with a kid. They have some facilities for kids and parent to play together which is very nice. Free parking available. Driving is needed to stay in this hotel.

Close to the military hospital, it's within walking distance. The service is friendly, and it's easy to get in and out. The room is clean and comfortable, creating a relaxed atmosphere perfect for unwinding. The surroundings are quiet, and the main road nearby offers plenty of dining options and convenience stores.

Loved our stay here. Me and my 3 friends stayed in a quadruple room and everything was lovely! The owner of the hotel was so accommodating and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. My friend’s shoes broke on the way to the hotel and we asked if the host knew of anywhere in town where we could get them fixed and she simply replied by saying she would take care of it. Then less than 45 minutes later she was knocking on our door with fixed shoes! We were all shocked by her kindness! She also delivered us snacks, plenty of bottled water and sodas. In the morning, she also gave us steamed radish buns for our journey that day. Would highly recommend this hotel!!

Good service from the staff. Has some activities for the kids and the hot spring bath was just nice for the cold weather.

Unhelpful staff at the entrance, no one help us to carry luggages despite standing there looking at us moving 2 big luggages, 1 stroller with 2 kids. The staffs at restaurant is unfriendly as well. Btw, the receptions are nice and friendly, guide us through our journey, assist to book cab etc. The room is nice, there is a free gift teddy bear, my kids enjoy the stay here.

用app訂房，優惠也方便，但是這是第二次遇到北部的旅店跟我說要以現場為主，因為我看app上寫規定0～5歲是可以免費入住，但是服務員卻說要看身高，哪5歲長超過110公分就必須加收人頭費😑 問題是app上政策及規範就沒有說要以身高當標準，也沒有備註要以飯店現場為主！ 如果每次訂app上的優惠，我看完了規定，難道還要再打一次電話去問飯店說有app上以外的不同規定嗎？ 而且之前有一間服務員還會質疑我怎麼能訂房訂哪嗎優惠😓 App訂房不就是優惠又方便，才有人喜愛使用嗎😑
