Century Hotel Taoyuan

spacious room. Short distance to Taoyuan airport. Great for business trip

It’s so clean and bright and spacious for such affordable price. We travel to TW a lot and it’s our best stay so far!!!! Easy check in and check out process! Staffs are very helpful and friendly

Needed a hotel for an early flight the next day - this fit the bill perfectly. A ten minute drive from the rail station, andf a half-hour drive to the airport. Nice, quiet room, and a moderate choice of eateries nearby. It was everything we needed.

Deluxe twin room is big, clean and nice. The exterior of the building may look dates but the inside is not and isvery comfortable. Every level has a water dispenser which is convenient. The locafion is is near PX mart and many eateries though a bit of walking to Taoyuan statiion but there are many buses near the hotel to take to the Taoyuan HSR and station. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Will defimitely stay again if i come to Taoyuan. Value for money and highly recommended!

Stay a night for leaving to airport on 2nd day morning. Generally ok.

The room and the bathroom looked clean; however the room and the beds had smell. There was white powerdery dust on the duvet, I didn't know what that was. I noticed when it was all over my dark pants. You can hear the noise from the road.

The place is in Taoyuan city, close to the night food scene and distance walking to the train station. I like to take a walk to the train station. The staff in front desk is very friendly and accomodative. The room is clean even though some of equipment in the room is pretty old. I am happy to stay the hotel for 7-night in total.

Staff there nice and friendly, very helpful 😍 The place is clean and cozy Will visit again

I am extremely disappointed with my stay here and believe I deserve a full or partial refund. The biggest issue was the lack of basic amenities. When I arrived, there was no hand soap in the room. I called the front desk immediately, and their response was shocking: they flat out told me that they "don't provide hand soap." They completely ignored my request and offered no solution whatsoever. It is unbelievable that a hotel would refuse to provide guests with such a basic hygiene essential. This is not a budget motel expectation—this is a fundamental necessity for a 4 star hote. Additionally, the bed was incredibly wobbly and unstable. Every time I moved, the entire frame shook, making it impossible to sleep. I have back issues, and this unstable bed made my condition significantly worse, leaving me in pain all night. To make matters even worse, the heater did not work. The room was freezing cold, and despite my attempts, it would not warm up. I nearly caught a cold from shivering through the night. Between the front desk refusing to provide hand soap, the painful wobbly bed, and the broken heater, this stay was a complete failure. I expect to be reimbursed for this unacceptable experience. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
