Our recent stay at Palm Suite was a pleasant and straightforward experience. The standout feature was definitely the front desk service—the staff were consistently friendly, efficient, and helpful throughout our check-in and stay, which always makes a trip nicer. The apartment itself was spacious and very comfortable for the price. It had everything we needed for a relaxing visit and felt like a good home base. The location is a major plus. Being close to a McDonald’s was unexpectedly handy for a quick, reliable breakfast or a late-night snack. The surrounding area in Tanjong Tokong has plenty of other dining and convenience options within easy reach. A small point to note is that the property does not have covered roof parking. While we found parking, it's something to be aware of if you're traveling with a car, especially during rainy weather. N no lift to 2nd floor In the bathroom, we noticed the jacuzzi jet function in the bathtub could use an upgrade, as it wasn't operating at full power. That said, the bath itself was perfectly fine for a relaxing soak, so it wasn't a big issue for us—just something the management might look into for future updates. Overall, I’m not complaining! Palm Suite delivers solid value: it's comfortable, well-located, and backed by great service. It’s an excellent choice for a practical, no-fuss stay in Penang. Overall location and room quite clean & convenience. Management need improve in facilities eg swimming pool cleaness not well maintenance thus impact some crow.

even there is no reception or lobby to check in but there will be CHECK-IN GUIDELINE and VIDEO provided to refer to. So there is no any problem to check in and check out.

The mattresses are a sunken-in, meaning it needs to be replaced with new ones. . Not good for the backbone. Furthermore it was noisy upstairs (above floor) even though it’s past 1.00am.

De ligging is geweldig. Vooral als je met de auto komt. Het strand ligt op 10-15 minuten afstand en het centrum van Georgetown is ook 10-15 minuten verwijderd. Het appartement zelf is niet slecht. Het uitzicht is werkelijk schitterend. Nadeel: er wordt 10 dagen lang geen enkele kamer schoongemaakt (kan wel tegen een meerprijs worden besteld). Handdoeken zijn er niet, die hebben we zelf gekocht bij de buurman. De doekjes die ze uitdelen hebben vlekken en lijken meer op washandjes uit de auto) Wij hebben ooit een kakkerlak gezien. Ik heb gelezen over het probleem met de liften, maar volgens mij is het niet ernstig. Ik hoefde nooit langer dan 5 minuten te wachten.

Ik heb onlangs een kort verblijf in deze appartement gehad en helaas was de ervaring heel teleurstellend. Hoewel de locatie goed was en de check-in was relatief soepel, de algemene toestand van het appartement niet voldeed aan de verwachtingen.
