This is 2nd time stay at here but this time saw many Rove beetle at there. There was dangerous is touch to children's skin. Hope the person in charge take attention for it.

The apartment is quite dusty compare to my previous stay. Wall is a bit dirty with bugs stain. Carpet is also quite dirty with stains. Lucky this beds are okay. WiFi is only available in the living Hall. Check with reception was informed rooms are without WiFi.

The place is new and all the amenities provided is just like an Airbnb, with a full fledged kitchen including cutlery, plates, pots and pans available. The stay is comfortable, and the view is spectacular, needless to say, since it is facing batu feringghi beach. WiFi provided, with pool and gym for a convenient stay. Mynews outlet downstairs is open from 7am-2am and has Maru coffee for quick fix. For the price point, a very good location to stay with extended families.
Downside, some small wear and tear noticed (water stopper not working), and lifts may take awhile since there are 37 floors with 3 lifts including the service lift. All good now, but will need good maintenance to maintain its excellent reputation now later on.
All in all, excellent choice to stay. Very worth the price.
