The hotel was really nice, the rooms were super clean and comfortable. My only complaint with the entire place is that the smoke smell in the lobby/****** was really strong.

All the staff were great especially Char at the front desk. Very helpful and friendly. The restaurants were very nice and the food and service was excellent . Kaylee at the Rez was wonderful, very attentive and sweet and provided superb service.

The hotel is over rated. It’s very nice over all, I’m just not impressed with the rooms. The beds are hard.

The whole establishment was wonderful. The staff was great and so warm. They could have more restaurants and coffee shops. The pool was good but no hot tub. I would definitely have to come here again.

After paying almost $600/night, I'd expect more. The cleanliness & staff were phenomenal! The room looked dated, tub didn't drain properly, and bathroom lights shine through wall & disturbed others sleeping. Movies were NOT included in stay. Pool closed at sunset. If you check in at 4pm, there's no time to use.

Top Notch!
After a busy travel day, I could not find my reservations on my phone and I was in a panic!
Miss Michelle at the front desk was there to reassure me and found it! Along with upgrading us to a corner suite! Never thought that would happen booking on *******! Thanks a million!

From Valet parking to check-in everything was fine. Kenny at the front desk was efficient. The negative was our dining experience at Council Oaks. Julia,our server,did the best job she could, but food was lackluster, burnt calamari, steak had to be redo.
