La comida mal confeccionada la habitación maloliente, porque fue de fumadores la alfombra maloliente el servicio de limpieza a tiempo prontito, pero la habitación fue de fumadores terribles

A great location a comfortable walk to and from RJ Stadium. Expensive for the Sting/BJ concert.
Everything about the hotel is 'tired' and badly in need of a refresh. The bed was, however, comfortable.

Black mold on the bathroom wall and room stunk of stale rotten air moved to 4th floor again stale air and bathroom door didn’t close walking up my family all night long

The only reason we selected this property came in at 8 an actuality. It is a four we had to switch rooms immediately. The first day so much was broken. The air-conditioning did not work. The bathroom had rust everywhere. The handle in the shower stall was wiling about to fall off, the bathroom door was heavily damaged with a cheaper repair. I took pictures of all these issues then the hotel only had one elevator working, which took six days out of our seven stay your ran out of coffee creamers. Somebody needs to get a grip and pay attention whoever is running that hotel , the people at the front desk were very polite and understanding but when it comes for Repairs, you get what you pay for

Not sure how housekeeping works but no one cleaned the room for 3 days. I called to get new towels and empty out garbage and that’s all that was done. In day we left they knocked on our door 3x to clean. We were still sleeping! Got an extra hour to check out but no one informed cleaning staff. Room also was very muggy and smelled the whole time. Wished we could open window for fresh air. Breakfast was just ok. Room was big and beds were comfy. Elevators broke and no sign on them to let us know. Had to go up stairs 3 flights for the day. We’re fixed by that night. Overall clean hotel just needs a fresh coat of paint. Have to ask front desk for pool towels. Hot tub was cold.

Great location, great breakfast, comfy beds, friendly and helpful staff. Entire hotel just needs a facelift. We were a bit bummed that the hit tub wasn't turned on and was cold while we stayed. Otherwise a decent hotel.
