Location was great. Has parking.
Roadwork blocked off most of front entrance! So super inconvenient looking for a way to entrance, especially for those who has a car.
Front desk service is slow.

Recently renovated so everything is in good condition. We would have appreciated the receptionist telling us about breakfast time and place but found the info in the room. Breakfast restaurant was nicely calm (maybe because it was January?).

Located just outside the Old Town, everything can be easily reached by food, tram station close by. Very nice Hotel, newly renovated, comfortable beds.

We booked this hotel for two adults and two children for three nights. The room was clean, comfortable and modern.
Pros: The bathroom was also a dry room which allowed our heavy winter clothes to dry overnight. The hotel also has a laundry room which has a washing machine and detergent which was a life saver as we are travelling with two children for 3 weeks so this was extremely helpful to stay on top of the laundry and keep clothes fresh and clean. The hotel is also very local and walking distance to all the main attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
There are only a couple of cons: The water pressure in our bathroom was quite low, bath towels were a bit small.

Beautiful hotel with grand styling throughout whole hotel. Highly recommend dinner in the restaurant! Pity roadworks everywhere though.

Huone oli likanen kun saavuttiin, hiuksia oli tyynyllä ja peilissä edellisen asiakkaan hammastahnat jne, suihkussa oli kanss epäilyttäviä tahroja, saatin uus siivous ja hiukset jotka oli tyynyllä oli sitten peiton alla ja peilissä edelleen tahroja.

This hotel is great - very comfortable and nice.
Located great with very good lobby area, excellent rooms (We had deluxe room on 9th floor)
The room was big, modern, light and had an amazing view over the city

Nice hotel with great location. Hotel's restaurant was also surprisingly good. Kid's were warmly welcome. Only minus is the construction area around the hotel at the moment.
