Het hotel zou rookvrij zijn, maar dat is het niet. Onze kamer rook naar een asbak van sigaretten. Kamer was niet schoon, vloeren moesten worden gedweild. Beddengoed was schoon en bedden waren goed opgemaakt. We zouden een gratis ontbijt krijgen, maar dat was er niet en het management weigerde meer eten te brengen. Het was zondagmorgen 9 uur. Betaal alsjeblieft de extra $ 20 per nacht en ga ergens anders heen.

I was in need for a place to stay and called baymont and they accepted me and my family on spot and I love it here I love Craig and Johnathan they are always there to help me and always ask.us if we need anything and always giving kids cookies and treats if u wants a nice motel come here I promise you it.is the best i.have seen in a while .....you won't regret this decision at all thanks alot

Service was great. Really friendly staff. Very accommodating. Breakfast was okay, they say they offer a great breakfast but when I stayed they didn't. Rooms were very clean. Location is great and not alot of noise.

Location was great..Employees I interacted with were exceptional! Matthew the night desk clerk was courteous, friendly and helpful …young lady working Morning desk was also courteous & friendly…Employees with smiles and helpful is what customer service is all about..Room was clean, stocked with essentials..even the appliances looked brand new. As a woman that travels alone feeling safe in my environment means a lot to me & the parking lot was well lit here..Definitely would stay here again..

This hotel needs to be updated on your site ASAP. It is very bad. Dirty, broken fixtures, poor internet and understaffed

I had no hot water to bathe, tried at night then next morning, None! The heat blew cold air even at 83 degrees on heat! Had to use blankets from both beds! TV wouldn’t turn on. Could not open microwave! Was there for only one night, in late & out early next morning… was very tired nurse! Too tired to complain and change rooms after getting in with my luggage so just went to bed after eating a cold dinner! When I told front desk next morning, was told “you should have told us last night” & that’s it!

When we arrived they told us they had no more rooms available. There was no phone call or email to address the concern until we arrived very late after a day of driving. They were nice enough to give us an option to stay in room without hot water or a room without key entry. We took the latter. The room was kind of dirty and only had one towel for us to share. We were still glad to have a place to stay but nothing was offered in compensation, even after reaching out the next day.

For what we paid, it was completely worth it, the staff were extremely friendly and very sweet. It was a convenient location and the property was maintained. Our individual room was safe, and the towels were very soft and fluffy. I would definitely stay there again, when looking for an affordable Weekend getaway
