Todo bien excepto que al llegar aprox 12,45 hrs ,nos hicieron el check in a las 15 hrs y no fue por falta de habitaciones,ya que el hotel ,tenía una baja ocupación.
Nos había pasado unos meses antes y me parece que no es una política del hotel ,muy amistosa . Situación que no ocurre con otros hoteles ,que si tienen disponibilidad realizan un early check in.

Hotel con buen restaurant, entrada liberada al ****** para los huéspedes.
Hay un teatro, y varias tiendas de variadas comidas.

They should wash their towels better. all the towels smell bad. And to keep on the standards they also should provide potable water one a day not only on the day of the arrival. I enjoyed the welcome drink. It was a nice gesture.

Buenas instalaciones en general al igual que la atención,creo que falta un camarón en el 8°piso El restaurante sería excelente si tuviera un poco más de ambientación, cafetería horario muy agotado

Es un muy buen hotel, con excelentes instalaciones, solo que me parece que considerando que muchas personas se alojan por negocios y deben iniciar su jornada temprano, el gimnasio debería estar disponible desde las 6:00 hrs. Actualmente abre a las 9:00 hrs con lo que uno se queda sin ese servicio

Me alojé por primera vez en el MDS Concepción y mi experiencia fue del todo satisfactoria en términos generales, a pesar de que por trat**** de un viaje de negocios fue breve. Disfruté de una atención eficiente y cordial, un entorno muy agradable y una habitación cómoda y apta para el trabajo y el descanso. Felicitaciones!

Excelente Hotel, se destaca la calidad de Servicio al Cliente, en especial en el Restaurante de parte de Paulina y Danitza.
