食事内容が良かった
部屋からみんな一斉に出ての
食事にびっくりした
その割にエレベーターが1個しか
なく混雑した
売店に商品がほぼ無く楽しめなかった
温泉は良かった

I stayed here with my tour group. The room was average, the bathroom tiny, floorboards were cold and had to crank up the heating but we had a couple of breakfasts and a dinner where we dressed up in national costume and it was fun. There is also a nice area where you can make coffee and sit on the ground floor near reception. What made this stay pleasant was the lovely staff. The waiters in the restaurant were lovely and the manager of the hotel was outstanding. He even came onto our bus to say goodbye and thanks the next morning. I enjoyed my time here.

11月3日に3世代6名でお世話になりました。グラデーションの木々が大変綺麗で露天風呂は最高でした。お食事は次から次に高級でキレイな、それでいてすべて美味しくて、お食事を運んで下さった方も親切丁寧で年老いた父の相手もして頂き、とても楽しい夕食でした。親孝行が出来ました。 ありがとうございました。 テラスでお酒を頂いている時に鹿の姿も見えて自然をたっぷりと感じました。 もちろんコンビニも何もないですが、ラウンジにはいつでも頂けるネスカフェマシーンがあったし、サービスのお酒も頂いたので大満足です。またお世話になります。

とにかく掲載写真とのギャップがありすぎ！ 写真はリニューアルした部分のみしか掲載されていない。 更に綺麗に加工されているように見える。 実際には昭和を思わせる箇所多々あり。 リニューアルが中途半端でちぐはぐ。 どなたかの口コミにあったが林間学校や保養所感が否めない。 確かに森の中にはあるが、リゾート感は皆無。 リゾート＆スパという名前は変えるべきでは？ このホテルの売りである100パーセント掛け流しの温泉も、清潔感のない脱衣所と風呂場で台無しだ。 料理はまずくはないが至極普通。刺身はぬるく、デザートのプリンはスーパーで販売されているものを提供されている気がした。 器のセンス、テーブルや椅子も昭和を思わせる。そして何故か食事処の照明がただただ無駄に暗い。まさか暗ければオシャレだと思っているのか…？ なによりも許せないのが値段設定が高級ホテル並であること。ビール一杯が1,100円？！ 掲載写真に騙されて訪れる初めての客をターゲットにしているのだろうか。このクオリティで1人3万は疑問でしかない。せいぜい良くて1万2千円といったところ。 良かった点 若いスタッフさんは皆感じ良く好感が持てた。 タオルは新しい物に交換してくれる。 シャワーの水圧は良かった。 感染対策には力を入れられていると思う。 以上。
