1、隨意調換房間：沒有提前溝通，把提前預訂的房間給了別人
2、洗漱無熱水：房間沒熱水洗澡，應該是和隔壁房間打通天花板，共用熱水器
3、無服務靠自助：打電話給老闆溝通第2點的問題，老闆讓去沒人住的房間洗澡，院子很黑找不到房間，老闆説他不在島上，工作人員下班了….
3、隔音差：由於第2點，導致房間隔音差，隔壁對話、洗漱聲彷彿就在耳邊…下水道流水聲音也很大
4、位置略偏：在小山坡上，不算遠，但晚上蠻黑的。建議住的姐妹們結伴出行，真的會害怕
5、房間裏的衞生間沒有門…
*以上每一個問題單獨出現都還可以接受，加在一起就有點離譜了

房間的廁所窗户是和隔壁房間共用的，也就是説我可以看到隔壁廁所的狀態，洗浴和上廁所都很沒有安全感，並且用電的插座是很破舊的情況，用電很危險，並且衹要自己房間或者其他房間用水都可以都聽到很響的水管流水聲響晚上睡不好。地理位置上她處在山上，要走一段距離，店家是沒有接送服務的不太方便。如果大家要租電動車可以直接在山上租100元/天，這個民宿要價150半天。購買圖片顯示的是兩個獨立床，雖然頁面有描述是雙人床但是還是比較誘導的。

在半山腰的一家民宿，有公共客廳和陽台，望出去風景很好，能看到海景。離碼頭也就八九分鐘，有接送到碼頭的車，老闆也很熱情。是民宿那種裝修，標間床很大，衞生方面估計島上都差不多，還算乾淨。

雖然老闆不在，但都安排好了，房間位置不錯，可以俯視整個梅花灣，可以看到夕陽，晚上比較安靜，推薦！

1、不隔音，樓頂聲音太大
2、設施太老舊，鎖也是壞的，快掉了
3、老裝修，一樓潮濕，空調不能用

國慶大陳島的民宿價格都瘋漲了我們在五百以為選擇了這家打電話給民宿老闆來接的這點還是不錯的但是到了民宿前台阿姨讓我們辦理入住我問了一下當時十點鐘這麼早就能辦理入住了嗎她説是的結果登記完問她要房門鑰匙的時候她説上任住客還沒出來？？？大無語住了晚上玩回來發現門反鎖不了打電話這阿姨過來説門要提一下？？？我們哪裡知道啊隔音也不好隔壁一家三口小孩早上六點就開始吵鬧到八點才出門旁邊的洗衣機也是一大早就開始有聲音服了

門鎖是壞的，很難鎖，淋浴噴頭也是壞的，必須手持，地板也是翹起來的，本來照片都拍好了，一不小心全刪了，實事求是，説就是這樣，還有就是租車一定不要在她家租，很氣，別人不説都不知道被坑了

總體感覺不咋滴。首先一打開門，就是一股子黴味，好像許久沒開窗透風一樣；其次地板已凸起，走起來硌硌絆絆的；最後空調沒啥涼風，浴巾都沒有，更別説圖片上的浴袍了。總而言之，就是四五百的價格住了個連一百多酒店都不如的民宿，下次不會再去了

一樓小院很舒服，種着一些花花草草的，不過房子比較舊了，設施什麼的都非常一般，房間燈光特別特別暗，晚上看着很晃眼，差不多四百一晚的價格，很不值得，價格虛高，服務跟質量又不匹配，房間的地板靠近衞生間那塊是凸起的，桌子什麼的也有灰塵，總體給人很臟的印象，非常不推薦
