1.空調聲音特別大，甚至與房子產生共振，導致晚上無法入睡！
2.空調製熱效果很差，半夜被凍醒！
3.前台服務人員水平較差，app顯示明明有0壓大床房，卻被前台告知沒有了，作為如家金卡會員卻被安排至過道最角落的一間房子！
4.最不能忍受的，商務出差，兩個男人訂了兩間大床房，但前台卻將我們安排至一間房子！經我們提醒，前台才發現錯誤，但場面十分尷尬，這種體驗誰能受得了！

這次旅行的酒店非常滿意！電梯要用房卡才能用，房間裏面也有第二道鎖，很安全。衞生也很好，衞生間還是乾濕分離的，最後一天退完房還能寄存行李。前台的工作人員也非常熱情，有什麼問題都會解決好

酒店位置不錯，距離柳巷跟鐘樓街都很近，步行差不多十分鐘就可以到了。樓下有水吧，懶得燒水可以直接用保温杯接水喝就行。房間挺大的，衞生不錯，晚上睡覺安靜，前台服務員態度好，總體來説好評。
