Alles is uitstekend. De eenpersoonskamer is perfect voor een individuele reiziger. Het personeel is vriendelijk, behulpzaam en maakt graag een praatje. De badkamer bevindt zich buiten. Deze is over het algemeen erg schoon en de waterdruk is sterk.

This hostel is very suitable for backpackers. The room is so comfortable and the price is very affordable. If you travel with friends, the price of the two-person room per one person is almost the same as the room that has 4 single beds for 4 individuals. The photo is a random photo, but look how comfortable the atmosphere is. I like the tone of the room which is white and earth tone.

De locatie is geweldig, niet ver van de avondmarkt en het Forest Park. Er zijn ook tal van restaurants in de buurt. Ze bieden ook fietsverhuur aan, waarmee je gemakkelijk de omgeving kunt verkennen.

Great site overall! Only slight issue I ran into was that the rooms, although they had AC, were really moist - everything in there was slightly wet to the touch, I assume because of poor insulation or ventilation. Slightly further out the way compared to a lot of the hostels but not at all a trouble when you have a bike. Great facilities across the site - the main areas of reception and rooftop were lovely to hang out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Organised diving through them which I loved.

Ik vond het geweldig! De locatie is uitstekend, op slechts 10 minuten fietsen van de bezienswaardigheden en het stadscentrum. Ik was zeer tevreden over de omgeving. Afgezien van het feit dat je je eigen persoonlijke spullen mee moest nemen vanwege de milieuregels, was alles aanwezig. Er was zelfs een kleine koelkast op de kamer. Ik zou zeker terugkomen als ik ooit weer in Taitung ben! Ik hoop dat ze deze hoge standaard behouden! (Ik was vergeten een foto van de kamer te maken, dus hier is een foto van het park aan zee!)

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, and overall, I wouldn't consider it worth the cost. The hotel itself is old, and the facilities feel very dated. While it boasts a large swimming pool and spa areas, they were unusable during our stay as they were running with cold water. We didn’t see anyone using them. The “beauty pool,” which was advertised as having heated water, was disappointing due to a strong sewer-like smell. Additionally, the sauna is not complimentary for hotel guests, which felt unreasonable. The dining experience was also underwhelming. The à la carte food in the restaurant was below average in quality, the portions were small, and the prices were high. However, the atmosphere was pleasant, though it felt odd being the only customers at 8 p.m. On a brighter note, the breakfast was excellent. I would rate it four stars for its variety of local and aboriginal food, which was a highlight of the stay. The timing of activities for kids was inconvenient as well. While kids could play pool and ping pong for free in the evening (after we arrived at 7 p.m.), all other activities were scheduled for late morning or early afternoon, after checkout time. The hotel’s location is another drawback. It is far from restaurants and busy areas, making it necessary to have a car or take a taxi. The one positive aspect of our stay was the room. We booked the premium family room/suite, which provided separate sleeping areas for parents and kids—a feature we appreciated. However, this came at a premium price, costing 25% more. I had requested a room with a view, and the front desk clerk was accommodating, which I appreciated. Overall, while the room and breakfast were nice, the rest of the experience didn’t justify the cost or the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made to the facilities and services.

The limited space made it challenging to move around comfortably. However, considering the price, it was within the acceptable range. The room was clean and tidy, which was a positive point. Service One aspect that could be improved is the level of service provided. The staff offered minimal assistance during my stay, which led to a lack of personal touch. Despite this, it's worth noting that the basic amenities and necessities were provided. Pricing Considering the reasonable price offered by ”It's Mine Hostel,” it is essential to manage expectations accordingly. While some aspects may not be perfect, the affordability of the accommodation must be taken into account when evaluating the overall value. In conclusion, ”It's Mine Hostel” in Taidong is an okay option for travelers on a budget. It is worth noting that the hostel has a relaxed atmosphere. it provides basic amenities and cleanliness. Locatie was prima. Het is namelijk niet zo een groot dorpje :). Service was prima, was een zelf incheck systeem en je kon fietsen lenen. 2 persoons kamer was even duur als de groeps kamer, dat was wel fijn.

This is a really cosy place. I really love my room. Clean and modern interior. The only downside might be the location. It's close to the train station. But there isn't much nearby for food. Probably best to rent a scooter to explore Taitung anyway to make your stay more convenient. They are plenty of scooter shops near the train station too.

Very spacious room good for family. Have to try the restaurant up the hill with the grill fish and bbq. Hoyle breakfast was very good too
