非常滿意，特別稱讚管家的服務，連續下雨天還是有求必應，雖然下雨沒有游泳，但是燒烤爐火力十足，我們冒着雨也燒上烤了，打打麻將，唱唱K，很愉快的週末。別墅內設施基本上一應俱全，但還是忘了提醒一下，下雨天客廳漏水嚴重，管家注意一下吧！周圍的環境也挺不錯的，吃飯也很多選擇。

現在去台山玩方便，三合温泉就在裏面，環境優美，地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，服務人員很熱情，樂於提供各種幫助，代訂送餐服務，餐飲好味道。

別墅很大，八個房間住不完。可惜答應給八池温泉水卻六池都不到就沒水了。附近遊玩地方比較多。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。。

房間很大，卫生也很好，帶一大一小的温泉池，燒烤+KTV玩得很盡興，@管家小梅的服務很到位，設備有點小問題立刻解決了，退房漏了東西還可幫我寄回來，好評，有機會會再住

這次去台山頤和温泉城的別墅真的很好玩
温泉也很好，乾淨，多池，人也不算多
吃了黃鱔飯，爐底餈，五洞牛肉
大小朋友都好開心，還可以翻兜

房間如圖片一樣，沒有差別，最值得點贊還是管家的服務，合理要求從不拒絕，屋內設備不懂用或不足夠，他們馬上過來，我們住山頂，他們也很短時間便跑上來，特別感謝入住時那小哥哥及送炭爐那位小兄弟。也會就算管理處收錯停車費也幫忙跟進。

幾家人過年時一起去的，環境清靜，乾淨衞生，管家小黃服務十分貼心，還十分細心的把遊玩攻略等等詳細介紹給我，值得一讚。

別墅周圍的綠化環境還可以，但是別墅內部的設施比較簡陋和陳舊。自帶的7個小泡池，陽台上的泡池沒清洗乾淨，又反覆找管家協調，處理了兩三個小時才能放水泡。室內的泡池不大，跟預感泡澡差不多，沒有泡温泉的感覺。別墅的床墊質量差，睡起來不舒服。蚊蟲也多，到達半個小時後左右手就被咬了好幾個包，晚上睡覺蚊子嗡嗡的打擾睡眠。唱K的設備效果不好，話筒還有一個是壞的。買的燒烤套餐都是冰凍的，烤起來要烤很久。感覺康橋和古兜都比這裏好太多。
