Location is abit far from central XMD. Service from front desk is very good, but amenities seem to be disappointing

Really enjoyed my stay here. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Bathtub was good for a soak after a long day walking around in Taipei. Bed was regularly tidied nicely without request and the floors were clean.

距離地鐵站行10多分鐘左右，雖然酒店比較舊，但我覺得其實還可以。酒店服務人員態度方面：遇到個四位男士，態度都很不錯。唯獨是有位着西裝短頭髮很高的女士，她的態度實在不予置評！！由於入住是同事沒有跟我們說清潔房的話要將牌拿去前台，所以我們不知道。當晚回到房間打電話落去才解釋給我們聽，我們理解的。 第二日退房時，只是想拿兩支水，因為昨日沒有清潔 refill返水，當跟她説時 ，她卻説 他要跟其他他同樣確認一下 是否入住是沒有跟我們說過清潔牌的事！這樣是懷疑我們說謊嗎？ 態度極其不好！想預訂這間酒店的人請留意

約十分鐘可到西門町。
不連早餐的價格已不低, 只提供環保浴巾, 職員還諷刺說我訂房的價格低 !
但空調不能調高温度, 太冷調高後會自動又調低,
通風噪音非常大令人不能入睡。
隔音亦差, 半夜被隔壁出入或樓上下浴室用水吵醒。
想要有好睡眠的就不要入住。

訂了大床房，但結果是兩張單人床合併，睡得非常不舒服，而且房間門鎖壞，只能直接關上，沒辦法鎖門、感覺不安全
地理位置樓下有很多地道小吃，距離北門地鐵站10多分鐘，去西門町也很近

房間不錯,都清潔,前台24小時有人不錯 , 地點方便,行到西門町中心區只需十分鐘不到 ,行到北門站去地下街都係十五分鐘
