호텔 요금에 비해서 객실이 많이 좁아요. 친절하다는 느낌의 서비스가 전혀 없고 그냥 잠시 머무르다가 가는 고객에게 친절할 필요가 있냐는 인상이었습니다. 비추합니다. 고객에게 별 관심이 없는 느낌을 주는 서비스였습니다. 그랜드 디럭스 룸인데 커넥트룸을 배정해주어 공갓 문제인지쇼파도 없어서 많이 불편했어요. 객실 배정시 적극 의사를 표현하셔야 할듯해요.

很常到處住的我對服務這塊很重視老牌子還可以服務做到如此的好
真的讓我本來一天行程變成3天

一樓有在賣便當
這時櫃檯的客服人員又貼心👍提醒
等等的Happy hour您可以先去看看
菜色，再決定要不要買便當
特別強調真心建議，很可愛的客服人員😘
疫情關係小女在家完全悶到爆
一到飯店到處跑全場跑
但感受到她小小心靈的滿足
也看到服務人員對她的維護稱讚🤣
因為第一次入住君悅酒店
很仔細介紹館內的設施
還特別提醒我，因為住嘉賓軒豪華客房，可以免費使用三溫暖
進入房間剛好送小矮凳來
馬上問我還要不要水
我那時才剛進門以為只有4瓶
我就說好麻煩了，貼心的工作人員一次給我四瓶👍

果汁就是山中柳橙 葡萄柚 蘋果汁
麵包類就是有三款麵包
生菜沙拉的東西就比較多了
在這兒就不敘述了
重點是熱食除了三明治以外
還有翡翠豆腐 松子派 還有肉絲炒飯
菠菜火腿堡真的蠻好吃的
還有手作的海鮮福包 義式蔬菜湯
光這樣子我都已經吃到很撐了果然真的不用下去買便當
常常住行政樓層的我
對他們家的評價可以給到80分
服務態度絕對是一百分

第一天下大雨實在沒辦法使用泳池
泳池是在第二天帶女兒去的完全沒人包場
三溫暖去的時間也是沒有人的可能疫情的關係吧雖然少了很多
但是凱菲屋的下午茶竟然是客滿的人好多啊
第二天也是在happy hour 解決了我的晚餐重點沒想到我女兒竟然吃的很開心他對吃實在是有一點挑食沒想到來這裡的兩天他都可以吃的很開心包含早餐
床很好睡，但是枕頭可能因為我的頸部的關係如果可以再多一個枕頭的高度或許會更好
房間配置的咖啡跟茶包，茶包真的很棒，咖啡我還沒有用，因為在嘉賓軒都喝飽了🤣

酒店位置不錯，入住的時候房間內居然沒有衛浴備品，地板也濕濕的，感覺應該是客人很多，這些細節都沒有考慮到

check in時間足足等1小時以上，5星飯店這點真要再加油,畢竟住一晚價格真不便宜，早餐部份餐點大致都好吃但假日房客真很多，夾餐幾乎要排隊等又限1H吃有點趕，飯店裝飾聖誕樹真很美！

已經有些歷史的飯店了，但仍會更新硬體設備，房間隔音不是很好，當天check in等了近3個小時，訂房出了一些問題，卻要我們自己與訂房網聯絡，既已授權訂房網，應由君悅與訂房網處理，人員服務口氣態度有待加強，所幸Trip.com 能幫忙處理，雖不完美，能感受到trip.com的誠意

除了位置還不錯以外，房間真的太小了！棉被也很薄不舒服，兩張單人床也很小，飯店早餐也很失望水果都新鮮，原本很期待的，結果真的很失望，讓小孩都懷念晶華了。

Room was clean and spacious. Excellent location almost opposite Taipei 101. Service was good and the breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Bed was comfy and nothing went bump in the middle of the night!

The facilities are nice especially the gym and sauna.
The equipments are well maintainedand complete.
The sauna is spacious and complete too.
