The service is amazing! The staff remembers their guests and greets them, helps with luggage and even offers to help with getting a taxi etc. the hotel rooms are tastefully decorated and the bathrooms are huge with a walk down hot spring kinda bath, walk in shower (with rain shower), bidet, the most comfortable in room slippers, amenities as all 5 star hotels. Breakfast tastes great (feel free to ask for freshly blended coffee like a cappuccino, latte etc), hotel provides free want want snacks. The bed and pillows were really comfortable! Love everything about the hotel and will stay there again!

All is good in general except a bad smell in room. Maybe it's related to carpet and wet weather.
Services is good at all, especially the frontline staffs at reception. Highly appreciated.

Room is a bit humid, so it smelled a bit! Should dry the room before guess check in!

Room is a bit small as it is a standard room.
Generally, location is good as there are many eateries and fast food places nearby the hotel.
Staff are very helpful and polite

I have really love this hotel. I feel so lucky to rest at San Want Resident. My room is accessible room that have the railing. It was make me more safety and accessibility when I use the bathtub. And the bathroom door is auto door. I liked it.
The room view is the park that make me feel fresh when I got up in the morning.
I hope I will come to San Want again.

The desk staff wasnt too friendly and i overheard him switching my room during check in, not too sure why.
I got a room with spolit fruits, spoilt toliet basin and damaged desk. Toilet was also out of soap and shampoo. This is generally a Japanese only friendly hotel, wouldnt recommend for others.
